My flight from EBB to RUH (due 25th Dec.) was cancelled due to Saudi closure of flights.
After flights resumption on Sunday 3rd, I sent an email to [protected]@rehlat.com to update and confirm my new travel date (8th Jan.) with the airlines but no response, only automated messages.
I called the help desk ([protected]) yesterday 4th January and it's now 19hours without response yet the flight date is Friday 8th. Why don't you confirm my ticket and send it to me through my email please ?

Booking id 1544005. Cancelled my ticket in june-20. Airline confirmed they refunded money to rehlat on 10-oct-20 but rehlat comes with a new lie every day. At least twice they confirmed 'we are pleased to process your refund' but next week comes with new excuse. Here they may again respond forwarded to department, will do on priority and blah blah. But they are professional only in delaying tactics. Booking id is there...

Scam comany . Not a real one, employees work from home, have no offices to complain to. I have had two problems with them, first on booking they didn't confirm reservation 2723761, although the money was taken from my card then i asked for a refund and i call them nearlly everyday and i hear a new lie everyday from them about my refund for more than one month . They are real thieves not a real company.

Due to covid-19 pandemic my flight was canceled from Abudhabi to delhi and return ticket also . For the same I have raise a request to refund my amount in separate month but still haven't received any refund amount. Call may times to Rehlat call center but never got any satisfactory response and same on mail also

i booked the flight ticket in rehlat website from dxb to maa, due to covid-19 the airlines cancelled all the flights. I submit a refund request to rehlat since 5 months ago, till now i didnt get any refund from their side and it will be Emirates airlines, when compare to other sites like tajawal and cleartrip they initiated the refund with in a month but rehlat not giving proper response to me I will mentioned the booking id and my contact number for you

I booked ticket in Kuwait Airways through rehlat on 4th July 2020 and flight cancelled due to covid 19. still today I didn't receive my refund. when I check with Kuwait airways they told they already refund to rehlat on 30th June itself. I am sending 50+ emails and calling to customer care every alternative days. no proper response. please help me to get my refund back.

Never buy or trust rehalat . I bought 3tickets and the fees were deducted from my account and didn't recieve any confirmation or the etickets and i called the call center they told my the fonfirmation takes time, and this is really the first time i see this with any travel agent to deduct the money and never give you the confirmation . It is a fraud and non professional agent .

People are getting refunds then why is my refund on hold ?
What's the issue ? Airline are resumed
Emirates airlines refunded to you ! Just give me my money back, just refund me so I stop complaining/ bothering you !
Rehlat is a famous agency so don't lose your customers like me, I mostly booked flights from rehlat for me and my friends, check my history !

I had filled my refund application on 06 April 2020 and was said in 40 to 5 working days it would be credited.

Its been 9 months now and 270 days approx and im still waiting for it to be credited.When contacted numerous time they say that waiting for airline to process, First it was approved and now they change their version "LIARS"

Earnest request please stop lying to customer and give genuine and authentic feedback and dont fool around.I have seen worst customer ever and have asked my friends and colleagues to not o book through them.

I booked my ticket through rehlat in Kuwait Airways. And cancelled the flight due to covid 19. When i check with Kuwait Airways, they told they already refund to rehlat june month itself. But still today 16 December 2020, i didn't receive my refund. My booking id is 1495478.

More than 8 Months and waiting for a refund on my 4 flight tickets purchased from rehlat.com, and directed by sky scanner.
Please don't ever use Rehlat.com, airlines have refunded many of my friends who got their flights cancelled a within a month of cancellation but through rehlat.com I am not able to receive a refund. All we get is an automated reply "We will get back to you soon" from 8 months. Please steer clear of rehlat.com.

I have encountered multiple issues for which i have been calling them many times but no use.

It was really disappointing with rehlat service, especially with Abdul aleem who attended my call... I would like to demand an explanation for the same..

1. Wrong information Msgs was to us.. Which leaded to confusion and unwanted pressures to us.

2. I called call center and try to explained the confusion and stress created to us with wrong msg, but call agent Abdul aleem unable to understand and his communication was very poor.

3. flight was cancelled by airline and they refunded the money immediately to Rehlat, but till now Rehlat has not refunded me and after more than 10days of follow up now they asking me 50-60days times

I booked a ticket from wego then transferred to rehlat then booked and pay ticket amount then getting No. but not confirmed! After that they send me to pay extra amount or cancel, i already send to them a lot of emails to confirm my booking or refund my money they always replied payment under process without any update please support me for booking No2691986

I booked a flight from rehlat of March but due to the spread of Covid 19, I cancelled it and they didn't agree for the refund at first but however they said yes they will refund, but honestly how can someone lie multiple time, many times they said that the amount will be refunded within 30 days, second time they said 14 days, third time they said 60 days, fourth time 5-7 days and recently they said me my refund was approved from financial team and will be refunded within 10-15 working days and guess what? I still didn't get my refund!
I am literally begging for my own money from past 8 months!

I cancelled my air ticket from Rehlat travel agency, Airlines refunded amount immediately but Rehlat not releasing my money, everytime I contact them they just make fake excuses, same copy paste emails, this is a fake and fraud travel agent please beware of them
