Rehlat

We tried to book a ticket in rehlat on 22 Sep 2021(booking ID 1858942). Amount of AED 2261.42 deducted but booking was not successful. So according to the discussion with customer care executive we requested for the full refund. 23rd Sep 2021 We got reply from rehlat "As per your request, we have canceled your ticket and processed it for refund. The refund amount of 2273.92 AED will be processed within 24 hours from our end and should be credited within 1-2 weeks maximum as per your respective airline refund credit timelines." Today 23 oct 2021. Until now the amount not credited to our card. And while sending mails no response, If we call them they are telling within 24hrs we will get the refund.
Similarly other refund also pending for following booking IDs
booking ID: 1855326 AED 750.45
booking ID 1837293 AED 1449.21
booking ID: 1826731 AED AED 547.13

This is related to booking id 1862882.
The site was showing misleading information saying its a non-stop direct flight.

When I checked with airline found the flight is having a layover. When I have to travel with kid I am not able to compromise specially when it is mistake from REHLAT not me.
I requested full refund but they are not ready and asking they will charge cancallation charge which almost 75% of the fare amount.

whenver I call customer care they dont have a answer and ask for another 24hour to get bacm.

I can not accept the fraudant beahve and such customer service.

I'm waiting for refund amount from last 18 months from Rehlat travel but no response. I checked with oman airlines they said amount processed on 1st October 2020. The below is the ticket details

i am very much disappointed with rehlat travels . I tried to book ticket from cochin to sharjah on 05 oct 2021. Amount deducted from my credit card is 1306.41 and rehlat money aed 40 total 1346.41. Later on when i checked in my credit card statement it is showing 1342.91 + rehlat money aed40 total is 1382.91
but ticket was not confirmed, rehlat informed me fare incresed by aed 70 but when i saw air arabia site fare was same. Rehlat asked me to pay aed 70 more or requested me to cancel transactyion to process full refund.
I requested them to process full refund .They told me within 15 days refund will be processed but now it is 16 days passed refund not yet credited back to by credit card
please beware of this fraud company before booking

I cancelled the flight booking id 1749644 and I apply for the refund around a one half year ago, yet now I didn't get any refund from your side. I ask the airlines also they give me the answer that they initiated the refund already, rehlat not initiate the refund yet they cheating the customers, before also I raise the complaint and its shown as resolved, but they not resolving the complaint please do needful for this case.

I sent hundred reminders to get my money back
I called the customer care department many times but to no Avail
I don't know why Rehlat confiscated my money
why this carelessness and negligence
around 1 month passed and no refund.

I booked 6 tickets for almost 6K SAR, the second day I was asked by email to pay additional 750 SR to issue tickets . When I refused they said they will redund me in a mon to time which is a fraud bcz I paid by debit card and refund should be immediate. It is a clear scam and fraud

I reviewed media on Rehlat.com many people are facing same issues with no refund or tickets issuing. The wired thing I have been redirected to their web site thru skyscanner and wego !

Oman air cancelled my airline ticket on july 06 2020(Booking ID.1692927) due to the pandemic situation. I had raised a refund application in july 2020, since then several emails between Rehlat to confirm my refund but getting the same typical response from team. It has been 1year and 3 months already and haven't refunded my payment yet! Even there is no reply by Email and rehlat not providing refund reference number to coordinate with Oman Air. Customer care disconnect my call without proper answer.

The flight schedule has changed and Rehlat never bothered to notify me despite of me paying them AED 23 extra for trip alerts. Their customer care representative Salwa in Dubai told me it's the airline fault 🤣 they collect the money and my details and tell me its the airline responsibility to notify me wow! My 65 old father, who is an heart patient, is currently standing outside the airport under the sun and these Rehlat guys take no responsibility of this hassle.

Off late, REHLAT had been giving false excuses to avoid refund of my cancelled ticket over an year. My travel of 4 April 2020 was cancelled due to pandemic season and SL had agreed to refund the 100% fare. However, since it is booked from REHLAT, I had contacted multiple times costing me almost thrice the ticket cost. Earlier their staff promised I will get the refund before 22nd June. After they said they are waiting approval from SL. I managed to get it for them. After that they claimed the amount has been refunded to my credit card on 31st July. I presented the evidence from the bank that they have not received any kind of refund from REHLAT. Now the weird thing REHLAT is saying the fare has to be refunded by SL. I dont know how REHLAT is working. During the entire episode REHLAT called me once but unfortunately, I couldnt answer as I was on another call. Immediately by the time I reached to answer the phone was hang up. REHLAT displayed 100 inch screen showing that the call was unanswered. In fact I immedately called that no but no one answered.

I have booked an air ticket through Rehlat online on 16th September, they deducted money from my card & did not confirmed my ticket. On next day i received mail from Rehlat that due to fare hike from Airline, you have to pay more money. Then i cancel the ticket & they informed that i will received my full refund within days. But still after 10 days i have not get my refund back. Please do something. if they are not confirmed the tickets then why they are delaying my refund.

After a long wait for refund, finally airline approed the refund request and i received the approval for refund on 5th Aug 2021 with timeline to credit refund in my account within 25-30 working days. I have been following up with Rehlat team (via calls and emails) but even after more than 40 days, i am waiting for refund amount but nothing is happening so far. I booked a flight ticket from rehlat.com on september 16. But a day later the airline contacted me satying that the flight has been cancelled. To get the refund, i contacted the rehlat.com customer service team through email and phone. They replied there will be a 200SAR deduction from the total amount. When booking, i paid rehlat.com around 100SAR more than original flight fare for their fees and other charges. I made payment of 993SAR for 910SAR ticket. Now after the airline cancelled the flight, rehlat.com is saying i will only receive refund with 200SAR deduction(they said it is admin fees). Clearly this looked like cheating, i asked how and what actually is admin fees -to which they replied it is "one-way used fare and taxes". So inorder to clear this, i contacted the airline and they made it clear through email that they are refunding 906SAR to rehlat.com. So as rehlat mentioned it is not one way fare and tax. They were scamming people in broad daylight. This "admin fees" were not mentioned anywhere or in their policy before doing the payment.

Today they mailed me saying refund will only be 785SAR(208 Deduction) and it will take 40 days to process it. I confirmed with airline they have refunded the amount to rehlat.

Following this horrible experience, i searched online for their reviews. check this link from trustpilot where 100s of people have been scammed by rehlat.com. I trust ministry of commerce have resources and objective to bring fairness in commerce sector and to protect rights of the consumers. I believe your team will take strict action against rehlat.com.

Next year I have requested a refund of the amount to Rehlat. I have followed up with them many times and I am waiting for this refund for so long and nothing is happening so far. I booked a flight with Rehlat.ae but I did not receive my tickets and I missed my flight because at the counter Turkish Airlines told me that there is no tickets has been issued for me from Rehlat and they deducted the money from me, booking ID 1856578, I need my money back ASAP.
This is not acceptable at all, always providing me wrong information

Dear I have my booking with rehlat with their code 3210501 and when I reached boarding counter, the airline said there is no ticket! I have to purchase a separate ticket and rehlat said I will receive refund in 10 days. Now it is past 40 days and there is still no feedback.

I have booked the flight on sep-12-2021 morning thru rehlat portal. The money got deducted but didn't get confirmation email. I have called customer care for clarification but their response was not at all satisfactory and saying you will get a confirmation mail ASAP.BUT no response came back..At last i called them to cancel my ticket. The customer care agent canceled the ticket based on my request but still no cancellation email i have received yet. While checking they says it will come within 24 hours as per company policy, don't know what policy is that Every time i call they say you will get an email confirmation from us however no email so far yet. Its really frustrating. And now realize that it was my mistake that I chose rehlat for ticket booking. And the customer care guy was speaking to provoke us to cancel the ticket even they are not trying to give a clear answer regarding the cancellation also.

Dear All,
Rehlat booked in a flight not aouthorized to book and not refunding my 100% Cost.
I took PCR for the family and was ready for the flight, .
But unfortunately, the Airlines said our Tickers are cancelled.
Now Rehlat is not paying 100% booking amount and also stating false excuses delaying it. Need 100% booking amount to be returned

Called | Mailed Rehlat "N" number of times, but they give same answer - We are awaiting for airline confirmation. When Rehlat booked wrong, couldnt understand why they are awaiting for airline response.

Also, all answers of call centers are just delaying tactic and no sincereity to return the amount
