The lack of responsiveness and on-site support at this location has become unacceptable. Despite submitting eight documented inquiries with assigned case numbers, most have not received adequate follow-up or resolution.
It is extremely concerning that management continues to overlook these ongoing issues. There is rarely a receptionist present to greet clients, handle mail, or assist tenants, leaving both tenants and visitors frustrated. This lack of attention reflects poorly on the management of this center and negatively impacts our businesses.
I am requesting immediate action and direct communication from the management team regarding how and when these issues will be corrected. Tenants are currently lacking consistent communication, proper staffing, and a professional environment.
