Please be careful with Regus, they will try to get you locked in to get you hooked. They sound like a great deal in the beginning but later on they show their true colors. And apparently I’m not the one being scammed by this group.

The services were not provided or met by them, the agent in the beginning that reached out to me to get the office was Eager to help me

Get an office there. Once I got the agreement signed he basically disappeared when I needed anything or had issues with office. He literally told me that I needed it reach out to front desk with anything. Feeling different because when I was touring the office he was very nice and helpful and after that he basically left me to figure out everything out on my own.

I specifically asked him if there is a way to make payments VIA ACH. When the time payment came I had already set up ach on my end and on the due date I was not able to make the ach payment . Because I was not able to make ach payment due to their system. Not they charged me late fee. I’ve told him about this and he said to reach out the management. Not only that, I’ve told him about what other things I needed and I needed three desk and a file cabinet, it took them 3 weeks to get me the desk and I never got the filing cabinet. There is no AC after 5pm which he never told me. I won’t after hours because of the type of business I run, I’m mostly there after 5pm . He also specifically told me that about the outside rooftop patio that I was going to be able to access it anytime there is not an event going on. Which was not true. Dude to no ac in the office the office got super hot. So I’ve would like to go out and have a fresh air but I couldn’t even do that be my

Fob did not have access to the rooftop. Then it turns out I only have access to the rooftop patio from 8-5pm . Literally did not mention any of those things to me while doing the contract. It seemed only that he just wanted to meet his quota or get his commission. I now told him about the services and about everything and I’ve told him services were not met. And that I Would like to cancel my membership and he said that I can’t terminate it. In my head I was thinking that they would do the right thing in fixing this issue so he then told me that I would have to talk to management about this. I feel like they should be able to do the right thing since they were giving false information to start with. I need you guys help please to resolve this issue. The agreement was locked in for 24 months. I have not resolved this and this is my attempt to get some

Desired outcome: To end contract without any fees since. the services were not met. I was not able to use the office how I wanted due to the heat and I was not able to access the patio to get some fresh air when I felt like it.

We certainly do not agree with your comment on ‘Please be careful with Regus, they will try to get you locked in to get you hooked’ as we always ensure that any concerns have been clarified before an agreement is signed.

Upon reviewing your account, it is accurate that you received late fees as payments were made after the invoice due dates. Your centre team have advised you to make payment via the automated payment method however you choose to make payment via bank transfer. Our invoices are payable no later than on the 15th day of the month. If payment is not received by the due date, we incur administration costs and, though we would like to avoid charging you for this, we must pass on a late fee to you. You can review invoice and payment dates on your statement of account, available in your online account.

We have been confirmed that the requested desks were moved within 24 hours and no filing cabinet was requested.

The air conditioning is available during the centre’s operating hours. You may discuss with your centre team if you require special arrangements after working hours.

Your agreement is a legally binding commitment that will end on the date that you chose; it cannot be ended sooner. All our agreements can be ended provided they meet a specified notification period and it’s in the terms of your agreement.

Your centre team is your main point of contact in this matter and is available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact them.
