My things were discarded without a moment of notice nor anyone of the management has the decency to have at least in informing me inspite of me. I did not expect such a standard from an establish organisation such as yours. Yes we had a hard time recovering our business evesince the pandemic took a toll of all of us therefore we had to halt our usage of the facility at menara ilham kuala lumpur inspite of me informingthe management and personnels over there. Toi my surprise I just found out all my belongings and client document and as well cheque book and some cash was discarded! is this how things are done at servcorp?

ServCorp Dedicated Working desk

We are using Servocorp's dedicated workstation on the 18th Floor, 40 Bank Street, London E145NR for the last 5 years.

We started with a virtual office and upgraded it to a dedicated desk at £199 plus VAT for the last three years.

This year April the old centre manager Olivia Nazam left and a new manager Sogol Joudi joined and without our consent, she increased the price to £399 plus VAT.

Immediately on 1 May after receiving the invoice on 1 May 2022 I sent her an email, saying that this is not the rent we pay. But she didn't reply back. It goes for four months, April, May, June and July and every month I had paid £239.40 (£199+VAT) on or before the due date.

In July we had a verbal discussion (this is after several attempts) she agreed to look into it and today she called me back and said that she can't issue the credit note or reverse the charges and is happy to change it from next month's £199 plus the VAT.

But I have to pay all these incremental charges or otherwise they will through us out of the property?

I don't think after this global pandemic, everyone is struggling with business and a micro SME like us struggling to met our basic needs, how come a company behave like this?

This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Desired outcome: We need to have our office access at £199+VAT and they have to issue the credit notes for all those incremental charges.

ServCorp service office

In year 2018(around December), When I joined Servcorp Manila, she said I can terminate the service whenever I need and get to deposit refund. Unfortunately, when I really request to terminate the service via email, I havnt received any feedback for months. During the period of time, Servcorp keep chasing me the pay. I email to them many many times saying that I have already request to terminate. She keep ignoring my request. She just need me to pay monthly. I also request to have a Group email to complain Servcorp Manila. As usual, she keep ignoring me.

ServCorp virtual office

I would like to file a formal complaint against the manager of your 12 midtown location in Atlanta, Victoria Jones. She was rude, disrespectful, refused to give me the number for corporate and after I wanted to cancel my service. She emails me saying my business doesn't align with your company and she made the decision to cancel my contract.
I called corporate before receiving this email and spoke to someone named Kristina in Texas. She had me on the phone for 40 minutes apologizing and begging me to stay with your company she tells me she will reprimand the employee and call me back in a couple hours. Next email I receive is from Victoria canceling my contract?
I call back Kristina bc I want to know why Victoria is emailing me. And your Us corporate office answers says there's no Kristina I say I just spoke to her then the woman says okay I'll transfer you and hangs up the phone. I attempt to call back 7 more times and each time your employees will answer the phone and hang up on me. That is not how you

ServCorp virtual office scams

Brigitte Becquet of ServCorp belongs in a maximum security prison.

This biotch heads up ServCorp Virtual Office Space located at 17 State Street, Suite 4000, New York NY 10004 and all this [censored] ever does all day long is tell her worker bees like Tracy Dziubinsky and Ana Lopez to lie, cheat, steal, and overbill ServCorp’s clients/tenants, and commit billing fraud on a daily basis.

Brigitte Becquet is also notoriously racist against black and brown people, tries to keep them out of her “luxurious office space, ” and is currently being investigated by the New York State Division on Human Rights and other federal, state and local agencies repeatedly for multiple complaints for denying services to racial and religious minorities, and otherwise being an unapologetic, lying, fraudulent, and ruthless biotch.

Avoid Brigitte Becquet and ServCorp at all costs, for they too will defraud you of your hard-earned money.

I agree. Servcorp is a scam. It's a nightmare! Termination fee is too high plus too many hidden charges. Once you give them deposit, they can decide and do whatever they want with it even you requested cancellation on time. Forget about your refunds. Be careful and be wise! There are other virtual offices better than them that do honest service. Stay away or you will regret!

It is a scam from the start! I pity the people who signed up with Servcorp. The managers are told not to mention abt the hidden costs. It is not honest and not ethical. Once you give them deposit, they will think of all ways not to return you.

The person who wrote this, as is obvious from their demeanour, is rude and vindictive. Despite best attempts being made to service his business he has been rude threatening and intimidating on many occasions. It is his behaviour alone that has led to a breakdown in the relationship and his complaints are baseless and unfounded. Servcorp is a global business with clients and team members from all over the worlds of all colours, religions, classes and creeds. We have 40000 clients in 24 countries. To personally attack by name, anonymously, online these people is disgraceful. Action will be taken to stop these attacks. If you genuinely have a grievance the appropriate action would be to contact Servcorp's Head Office in Australia and we will investigate your issues.
