Regus - office mailbox services

I signed up for Mail collection services with Regus HQ at their Metro Center in Washington DC in 2010. In Aug 2014 when I wanted to cancel my contract, I was told by Lavonne parson at their Metro Center Washington DC location that my contract auto renewed for a year, so, I am obligated to pay for another 3 months. She also mentioned I needed to give about 90 days notice. How come my mailbox service would auto-renew for one year without my consent ? Secondly, how come it would take 90 days for Regus just to remove my mail binder from their drawer ? It's not even like I had a lease for an actual office space with them. Even with leases for actual spaces, the average required notice is about 30 days. These guys are just so full of it. Shortly afterwards, they had their lousy collection company Tucker, Albin & Associates calling & e-mailing me with past due notices. I dare them to put anything funny on my credit like they were threatening. I would be more than happy to start up a class action lawsuit against them until they fold up that fraudulent sham of a business that they are running. Does anyone know of any class action lawsuit against these Regus guys ?

The same happened to me in their Tysons office. You never get back your deposit, and if you don't give them a 90 day termination notice even though it is a year contract and you tell them 88 days in advance you will not renew, they will hold you for another year of payments or if you are lucky they will charge you 90 days after you leave and never give you back the two month deposit. Watch out and never sign their contracts, they hurt people and have aggressive collections that will double any real amount. I am surprised there isn't a class action suit.
