Imagine preparing for a huge meeting then getting a notification from your bank that you had a charge go through but you did not recognize. I logged into my bank account to see almost $6000 deducted from my bank account because Regus decided to charge me for the month I owed PLUS the previous two months (even though I had already paid them via auto pay) In a panic I called Regus and the first person tells me "there was no charges" So obviously I am thinking this is fraud because I just saw $6000 leave my account and called my bank, and was told there's nothing they could do about it because I had signed up for auto payment through Regus therefore authorizing Regus to do so. The second person on the phone told me that I had made payments but canceled the payments so they just returned the money and that my bank had the money (try not to laugh at that) even after I explained the money is auto debited and when it leaves my account and I can't request the money back. The best example is the fact that they won't give me a refund now LOL. By the time I spoke to the third person and was on hold for half an hour they admitted that they overcharged me and that I will get a credit in 2 to 3 business weeks. Only to find that almost a month later That I was only credited one payment and because they were adamant that I did not pay for January 2019. I called the manager and technical support I have shown that my bank statements, The money before and after the payments were made and they still tell me there's nothing they can do. Two managers on site sat with me and told me that there is nothing they can do even though they can't explain why I'm being charged because they see that I've made the payment through my bank statements.in this process I also learned that in FinePrint somewhere they told me that my contract auto renews three months before it ends as well as the fact that I was paying almost $50 Per month for services that I was told were included with my monthly rent. Long story short NEVER rent with Regus. If only I googled Regus lawsuits prior I would have seen that they are notorious for stealing from people. And To add insult to injury my bank account was charged hundreds of dollars in overdraft fees because of the mistake they made in which I was not reimbursed and now I pay a late fee every month because they want me to pay for January a THIRD time.

Dear “dsaffaie”,
We’re sorry to hear of your experience and dissatisfaction. However, we can assure you that payments and charges can always be explained and justified. Per what you’re saying, there may be a concern with payments being made, and if we’ve made a mistake we will refund straight away. “There’s nothing we can do” is not part of our vocabulary.
As a result, and so that we can not only help you, but tackle training concerns, if any, please can you identify yourself to account.helpdesk@regus.com so we can investigate and provide you with a clear explanation of events?
Side note: We take renewals very seriously and great care in communicating how the process works. Furthermore, it’s our goal to make this an efficient yet very simple process for all our customers. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy reminder emails, ensuring you are kept informed at all times and never taken by surprise. These emails provide several options on price, term, and the possibility to end the agreement if required. Also, once your agreement has renewed, we will confirm it but if anything isn’t to your satisfaction, we will still offer additional options if we hear from you quickly after the event. SO the renewal of your agreement shouldn’t come as a surprise.
We remind you that you can review your agreement, invoices, check and amend your services at any time through your online account (i.e. www.myregus.com), and look forward to receiving more information from you.
