Regus is without a doubt the most unethical company I’ve dealt with. They are trying to scam me for a $356.00 “Office Restoration Fee”. I rented office space from them for 2 months and barely used my office space, left it in the exact same condition it was in before I moved in. There is absolutely no reason for them to charge me $356.00 when there was nothing Regus had to restore. (See photos attached for reference.)

It’s been over two months and they still have not returned me my $1,058.00 retainer fee after multiple requests through the Regus App and calls to their customer service department.

Do yourself a favor and do not rent office space Regus. It’s Extremely disappointing that this is how they treat their customers.

Desired outcome: Please refund my retainer fee and waive the Office Restoration fee charge since there was nothing to restore in the office space I rented.

I’m sorry if you felt the need to escalate this.

We fully understand the importance of receiving your refund promptly and have taken measures to make the process as smooth as possible for customers. You should receive your refund within 30 days after your end date. Once it has been requested, it’s an automated process. I can confirm that the request was processed correctly and as your end date was 30 April, the refund will be processed at the end of this month.

We provide our restoration service for all customers to save time and money, along with the frustration of dealing with multiple outside vendors such as IT & phone technicians. When you moved into your office, we ensured it was all in working order and ready for use. We do the same with each customer and this service is part of your agreement. However, we came to a satisfactory resolution regarding this on 30 April so I am surprised to see your complaint.
