Regions Financial review: Victim of bank impersonation

Beware Small Business Owners: We are a small pool building company in Texas. 3 months ago we were victims of bank impersonation from Regions' Corporate phone number. I never gave the woman any information that she would be able to access our business account. Note: Business checking accounts when illegal ACHs are set up; Regions will not and did not refund the money. We had $24,000 stolen out of our business bank account. Police report was filed and only after 3 months after sending a demand letter to the executive board of directors did we receive a call from a "Customer Satisfaction Specialist" What a joke! After 3 "investigations": we were the criminals. Regions has had bank employees accused and prosecuted for selling customer's crucial account information. (see Miami Herald article). This event has changed the trajectory of our business and livelihood. Regions do not care about loyal customers.
