On 20 th feb'17(Today) morning my email recieved, says an amount of $25, $10, $10 and eur10.42 were charged to myvisa credit card issued by icici bank, india for the above amounts and immediately got the card blocked by the card issuer.But issuer says they do not undertake any responsibility nor can act on this due to their limitations in india.It is expected that the card holder either pursue the service provider and get the amount reversed by contacting them or by registering case against the service provider for the fraudulent deductions made for no service provided.I have no course left except complaining to the complaints board to make their modus operandi exposed and the company to track the cheater by their telephone or e mail address to report the matter to the concerned and initiate action in the interest of protecting their name and credibility.

    Im in the phone with Regions now
    to find any info about the transactions
    AND ALSO REPORT MY CARS STOLEN!!!

    The Regions phone Rep says Rregions cant stop a pending charge
    I need to contact the Merchant who authorized the charge...

    Regions gave me a working number for

    but the REBTEL number

    was not in service
    and the REBTEL page has a
    FALSE 1-800 number

    Its obvious they dont want to speak to anyone...
