I hired REALQualified to generate and book listing appointments for my real estate business. I paid them $9,000 over several months.
After more than 6 months of service, I received:
• 0 booked appointments
• No measurable return on investment
• Multiple “pivot” calls where we discussed strategy changes — yet after our last pivot, they didn’t even resume calling as promised.
• Weeks and months without updates unless I initiated contact.
When I requested a 50% refund (a reasonable compromise given the complete lack of results), they refused — citing “contract stipulations” such as connection rate percentages and report card submissions, despite my consistent communication and their failure to deliver any appointments.
Key facts from my experience:
• I fully paid the contract in advance.
• REALQualified repeatedly stated they were “pivoting” to improve results — but no improvement came, and in some cases, no further action was taken at all.
• In total, I got ZERO appointments or meaningful new business from their efforts.
• My refund request was denied on technicalities, not on performance.
• I was effectively ghosted after my last follow-up, despite promises to resolve the matter.
In my opinion, this business model places all risk on the client while delivering no guarantee of results, even when performance is nonexistent. It’s set up so they get paid regardless of whether they actually produce the service outcome you hired them for.
I strongly recommend that other agents and business owners review every clause in their contract carefully before engaging. In my case, the results were worse than doing nothing at all — because at least then I’d still have my $9,000.
Recommendation: DON'T USE THEM! It all sounds great up front but when they don't deliver, they site contract stipulations that are outside of your control (like the response rate of the people they are calling for you) as to why they don't have to provide results or a refund.
