This company owns multiple market place sites. I ordered a watch from isabea, instead I have received socks, customer support has not responded at all.

They do not honor their return policy. Ordered a wig and it was not anything like I ordered. They did respond after I send pics they requested. Told me to have it styled at my expense.

I have order from them and have emailed 8 times with no reply. never received the item that I ordered. The phone number is a no working number. Have gone to my bakc to have the charges returned to me.

Didn't see these reviews in time. My order: 5/1/22; received 6/3/22. Poor quality and wrong color. I asked for return instructions between 6/7 and 6/15 (over 10 emails) and was not given return instructions. I have turned the matter to PayPal for investigation. This company should never be allowed to do business in the U.S.

I do not give this company a star, they deserve rotten fish. I ordered a nativity set for $50.00. It never arrived. I should have investigated before I placed the order. Total SCAM! I ordered through “mothers days.store” they use several different web sites. Lesson learned. I will not order through Amazon marketplace ever again!

I ordered an ice maker and got a very cheap bracelet now I have been sending emails after emails and nothing has been resolved they keep blaming the wear house worker and saying he will lose his job if I pursue this that is not my problem I have asked for a refund or the product I will not just sit back and be scammed and I will not order from them or anyone else online again this is far from over

I ordered a large pink sweatshirt and a 3XL pink hoodie both a Pikachu patch on the front. After a month an a half I received 2 large black hoodies with a Halloween Stich patch on it. I have emailed MANY times and after a week with no reply they said that they would refund me $5.00 when my order was $75. I am going to assume they just sent those to "get rid of them". I have already filed a complaint with the ComplaintsBoard.com.

Purchased some Christmas decorations, received tracking information right away. Received package when it was suppose to arrive but it was nothing that I had purchased. Instead of multiple large outdoor decorations I received a small package that fit in my mailbox that contained compression sleeves. I attempted to email to the email listed but it came back as failed due to no existing email address. Will be filing a complaint with ComplaintsBoard.com

They use an image (instead of text) for the company details and it's the same on as on the varskarc.com contact us page.

Can I leave negative stars? DO NOT, DO NOT purchase anything online from this company. Although the prices are low and the pictures of the clothing look great, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have spent 2 1/2 months trying to track down an order I placed with hosewellkl, one of their "names". Nope, nothing. I sent a copy of the order confirmation as well a snip of the debit from my bank account. By the 4th e-mail I just asked for a refund. NO RESPONSE. If I can find other places to leave reviews I will leave them. This is a sham/scam company.

If I could give negative stars I would. I've been trying to get a response from the Piaogeus company which must be a subsidiary of this one. Their name is at the bottom of their website. I ordered a product and didn't get the correct size. They email me ever couple days and just tell me to read the return policy. I have before I even contacted customer support. Very vague and says the return has to be approved first before you send it back. They won't answer. There is no phone number anywhere either.I guess I'm out my 35.00 because I don't know what else to do.

All reviews prior to mine are absolutely accurate. I placed an order for in May 1st and paid for VIP shipping (which promised delivery within 3-7 days) and literally just got my order on June 7th and it wasn’t even what I asked for. I’ve sent 10+ emails to their “support” email and have YET to get a response. My order was so poorly made, I could’ve saved my my money and made it myself. I was scammed by this company when I saw an add on Facebook Marketplace for Greenhouse Kits. I went to the site qualityesprit.com and ordered the kits to be delivered to my home and lets just say, I didn't get the kits, or anything else for that matter. I contacted the vendor and have been getting the runaround since, so I did some research on the company. This company is a SCAM. It maintains several websites like qualityesprit.com and the contact address they give is listed in as being in the country that they have a website registered in i.e. if the website is registered in the UK, the company is virtually listed with a UK based address. The real company is based in China. The people running this scam are ZHANG, Ningying who is in China and John Lee who is in London. The company address in China is Room 604, Block 10, Majialong Community, Nantou Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China, 518000. Additionally, 75% of the company is controlled by a Hong Kong based partner Le Xin Lai Limited and is located at Room P, 4f, Lladro Centre, 72 Hoi Yuen Road, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. Bottom line, don't trust any site with this company name or advertisements on Facebook Marketplace, because the majority are linked and are scams.

I ordered FX150 1500W Fat-Tire E-Bike×1 through [protected]@vipcservice.com/Ansky Company Limited. When it arrived, I received socks instead. I have screenshots of the proof of purchase and pictures of the socks that were delivered. I emailed the company about the problem, but their phone number doesn't work, so I couldn't make a complaint. I hope they can fix their mistakes.

I ordered from Tarboroy, which is supposedly an establishment of ANSKY COMPANY LIMITED. I made the order on January 23rd, 2023. I've been checking for updates on my order, but there haven't been any. So, I contacted the company to ask for an update. It's now February 15th, 2023, and I still haven't received a response. The company hasn't shipped the product I paid for, and they haven't bothered to reply to my messages.

I bought a Georgia Bulldogs Box (Medium Size Box 100% Contains Long Sleeve / Men / XL) from your website on December 12th, 2022 at 5:22 am. You gave me a tracking number (4***564729) to check on a tracking website. But, the website says that the Shipping Label was Created, USPS Awaiting Item on December 16th. It's already January 2nd, 2023 and I still haven't gotten the item I ordered. I was supposed to give it to my dad as a Christmas gift.

I ordered from Tuoria (Ansky company limited) on April 15, 2023. They promised shipping within 7-10 days after placing the order. On May 2, 2023, I emailed them at [protected]@tuoria.com to inquire about the shipping details, but they didn't respond. Feeling ignored, I sent another email on May 3, 2023, asking once again about the shipping information. Finally, on May 5, 2023, I received a response stating that my order is still stuck in the warehouse. I replied on the same day, urging them to ship it out as I have been waiting for over 20 days now. Unfortunately, I haven't received any further response from them.

I bought sum Christmas stuff (13 in total) on December 31, 2022 for $40.70. They took my credit card money on the same day. Got an email on January 3rd sayin' my stuff was sent with a trackin' number. On January 13th, the trackin' site said my stuff was delivered or ready for pick up. But guess what? I didn't get ANY of the stuff I ordered. Instead, I got some weird socks that looked like the ones I was supposed to get for Christmas. When I emailed the address on the website, it bounced back right away.

My husband ordered a Wall mount cabinet from "Beverley's" thru FB. He didn't research - after he told me about it, I researched and found out it was a scam. Tried munerous times to email, call to no avail. Was charged for merchandise, then the next day was charged another amount 3 dollars less in attempts to go unnoticed as a duplicate charge. When trying to follow up on order, used only email provided and came back as non-existent, FAKE. Cannot get a hold of anyone at international number provided. Tracking number was fake, company is fake. Ansky Company Unlimited is scam. Thank goodness for the Credit card company crediting our account - buyers beware! Always research company when trying to order anything from FB, or any other platform!

I ordered an air mattress with frame and rolling case from ANSKY COMPANY LIMITED through QVC HOT PICKS on Jan. 31, 2023. The size was Queen and it was on clearance sale for $35.90. But, guess what? It's been a whole week since then, and I haven't heard a peep about my order or any shipping instructions. So, I did what any normal person would do - I Googled and called QVC Hot Picks customer service at [protected] on Feb. 6, 2023. I spoke to a customer service representative named Brenda, who told me that the number I called was actually for QVC and they had no idea about QVC Hot Picks. She even tried to find my order number, #[protected], but couldn't find anything related to QVC. Brenda suggested that this company might be a scam. Can you believe it? I'm so frustrated that I want to report this as a possible scam and get the ComplaintsBoard.com involved to help me get my money back. I've attached some documents to support my complaint. Oh, and just so you know, I'm also going to file a dispute with Capital One. Thanks in advance for your help.

I ordered a kitchen pantry from this company, thinking it would ship from California. Turns out, it actually ships from China. They promised delivery within a week, but it's been weeks and still no sign of the product. They claim it was delivered to my mailbox, but there's no way it would fit there, and it definitely wasn't delivered to my house. I never received the product. I emailed the seller to inquire about the delay, but they haven't responded at all. I even left a review on their website, but they removed it. My review was polite, just expressing my disappointment in not receiving the product and how the company misled me about the delivery time. I've been trying to contact them for information, but they're not giving me any. I was really excited about receiving the product I paid for.

9/26 $121.51 I purchased six florida gator shirts. I paid with my debit card. I received an email that my order was pending but the transaction cleared my bank. I have sent numerous emails and tried to call to no avail. I would like the shirts I ordered or if not, my money returned. I can forward you the email I received from them.

On 11/7/2022 I purchased a tv stand the price was $49.59 +$6.99 shipping . was told that in the next few days i would get an e-mail telling me it shipped and when i could expect it to arrive . I got no such e-mail. So i sent them an email asking about my order and the email came back as undeliverable. I would like my money back . The order # is ***8 . Thank you

My husband ordered a tree from the company early this month and paid 40.00 dollars and some change. They sent the wrong item and we tried to email them they said they seem the mistake at the warehouse but still sent the wrong item and won't give a full refund or item. On the ad it states 100 percent money back guarantee. The tracking number is ***79. If that isn't correct it's 420454 then the other numbers I have you. We were given birth tracking numbers.

Purchased a product from this company. Received it. The item was not as advertised, the next day I read the return policy. Acted according to the instructions for return. The company responded asking me to provide photos of the product and packaging. I complied and per the company's return policy I requested the address for return and a refund to my original form of purchase. Since that 2nd email from Lucy/rep, I have received several emails attempting to convince me to keep the product or accept an exchange in lieu of the policy. I have not received the return address and fear the company is delaying me/not willing to abide by the online return policy to provide the address and a refund. I need help securing my funds. I am willing to return the product to the address in the US they provide. I see the company has a Delaware address. Please help. There are many poor reviews. This company is cheating consumers.
