The worst bait and switch I've ever seen.
They "guarantee" listing appointments. After paying them thousands of dollars, They HAVE NOT produced a single listing lead.
This is THE worst led-Gen product I've ever tried, and I I've tried them all. Listening to the call logs they have sent me, they are deploying the same bait and switch tactics on prospects as they did on me.
They claim to be to be "Gold Standard" in appoinent setting. And that their mission is to increase "name recognition". Real Qualified uses the oldest most ineffective cold calling scripts out there and is far from today "gold standard" they claim to be. As for name reconginition, its probaly done more harm to my name than good.
I've been a licensed Realtor for 13 years, I'm a coach, team leader and owner of a proptech company helping agents actually close more deals.
They have not listened to any of my feedback on how to improve the calls. They miss pronounced my name for the first 3 months on the calls, gave me the worst caller, did not follow through on ANYTHING, or listen to my feedback to improve the calls. ive still never heard from my "account rep", AND they continue to have their sales people call me to sign up for their program even though I'm already a client!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST
Well, you survived that one — could've been worse! At least you've got some solid stories for the next time someone asks about "the worst business decisions ever." Sounds like their "Gold Standard" might just be a bit more tarnished than they let on. And hey, if nothing else, you’ve probably made your own name recognition a bit stronger by steering clear of that mess!
