I ain't too sure 'bout this PRC Inc. company. They done messed up my property and when I complained, they sent me to some collections agency. Plus, they took forever to do the work - seven whole weeks for something that shoulda taken a week tops. And don't even get me started on their workers - they either show up late or don't show up at all. Think twice 'fore you go with these guys.

so I had some issues with PRC Inc. They did some water mitigation stuff for me back in November, but the demolition crew left a bunch of debris behind. Like, come on guys, clean up after yourselves. Anyway, my insurance company already paid for the mitigation, and I paid over a bunch of money for restoration charges through some other company. But the trash is still there, and the project manager isn't responding to my calls or emails. All I want is for PRC to come and haul away the trash that I already paid for. It's not that hard, right?

PRC had a contract with my neighbor's insurance company but they didn't bill them on time. Then they sent me a bill for work that wasn't even done. I reached out to PRC to pay for the 3 sheets of drywall they installed in my small FAU closet. But they didn't bill my neighbor's insurance company on time and I got a bill for work that wasn't done. I had to hire another contractor to finish the job. When I asked them to fix the invoice to show the actual work done (just 3 sheets of drywall), they didn't respond. Now I'm getting calls from a debt collector. I won't pay for work that wasn't done.

I got a crib in Long Beach, Ca. and I ain't from there. The crib had a pipe bust under it and the bottom of the crib and crawl space got flooded. I'm trippin' about the company that did the work to pump out and dry the water under the crib. PRC Restoration Services asked for $*** to start the work. They didn't give me a total bill at first. The final bill was $*** for a crib that's only 1,000 Sq. That's too much for this kinda job. My insurance company talked to PRC and they said they wouldn't show no docs or pics of the work until I paid the whole bill. Other peeps complained about this same thing on the B.B.B. and other places.

In July 2022, my kitchen pipe burst and the plumber called PRC. The Program Manager came to check the damage and I asked about the charge. He said, "No charge. My goal is to get your claim approved through your insurance." PRC told me that the job couldn't be done for the estimated cost after my insurance notified them that it was over my limit. I asked them to pick up their equipment. The equipment was used for less than 24 hours. A few weeks later, I got a bill for 1887! I was told there would be no cost to me. My insurance paid 887, and now they want me to pay 1000.00! They even charged me 300 for the call and a separate charge for the Program Manager to walk inside my home! I didn't even make the call! This is deceptive. They only taped some plastic to the hole! They even charged me for PPE equipment that their employees didn't wear inside my home.

They messed up our stuff and won't fix it. Our leather chairs got messed up and they couldn't fix them. They tried to reupholster them but the color was wrong. They said they'd pay for two chairs but not all four. We said no and they got mad and said they're not responsible for anything. They don't care about your stuff. They lost my expensive cross and won't do anything about it. We have to buy new chairs and go to Italy to get a new cross. Don't use this company.
