Yo, check it - I'm pumped to say that I copped a title from Established Titles and it's dope af! Hi, I'm a guy who calls himself Lord Peter. I've been wondering what it takes to be a lord for a while now, and I stumbled upon Established Titles a few years ago. I gotta say, I think it's pretty cool what they're doing over there. I mean, who wouldn't want to be a lord or lady, right?

I'm a knight of the temple, which is a pretty big deal if you ask me. I've even traveled to Scotland and England to see what being a noble is all about. And let me tell you, it's pretty sweet.

One thing I gotta say though, is that the proclamation they sent me looked like it came from a greasy diner. I mean, come on guys, couldn't you make it look a little more legit? How about some hand-written parchment with a fancy seal or something? Or maybe that fancy paper that the fancy people use?

I mean, for the amount of money I spent on this thing, I want it to scream "I'm a noble!" You know what I'm saying?

But, all in all, I think Established Titles is a pretty cool idea. It definitely adds a little something extra to my life. So, cheers to that!

I gotta admit, my experience with this Established Titles website wasn't the best. Ordering was a real pain in the butt, I mean, I accidentally ordered the same thing twice and then got charged twice too! And let me tell ya, tryin' to get a refund for that mess was like pullin' teeth. I still ain't sure if I got all my money back 'cause the refund came in different amounts. And don't even get me started on the exchange rates between USD and CDN, that just confuses the heck outta me.

But the real kicker here was the customer service. I mean, the replies I got were all over the place, and half the time they were addressed to "Lady/Lord" like it was some kind of stock reply. It's kinda hard to feel like someone's actually readin' your messages when you get stuff like that. There was even a time when I straight up asked if I was talkin' to someone in Nigeria, no offense to Nigeria of course, but let's be real here, scams and stuff like that seem to come from there a lot.

Oh, and one more thing, my order took way longer than what it said on the website, so I was feelin' real suspicious and thinkin' I was gettin' scammed. I was gonna buy one of these titles for myself too, ya know, get myself a fancy title like Brenda Lina Galminas, but now I'm thinkin' it's just too much of a hassle.

As someone who was never destined for nobility, I was thrilled to come across Established Titles. After all, who wouldn't want to be known as a lord or lady, even if it's just for fun?

The process was simple: I chose a plot of land in Scotland that I liked, and then selected the title I wanted to be associated with it. I went with Lord, because it sounded the most impressive. I then received a beautiful certificate declaring me the rightful owner of my little slice of Scotland, complete with my new title prominently displayed.

Of course, I know that I'm not actually a lord. Scottish law is very strict when it comes to conferring real titles. But that doesn't matter! This is just a fun way to add a little bit of whimsy to your life. It's no different than naming a star after someone, except that you can actually visit your plot of land and take in the stunning Scottish scenery.

I have big plans for my new title. I'm already planning on moving my home to Scotland so I can soak up all the local charm. I even have a still that I plan on bringing along with me - although I'm not sure if I should call my corn whiskey "Scotch" or stick with the good old-fashioned "Moonshine." And if anyone has a recipe for a 'possum Haggis, I'm all ears!

All in all, I highly recommend Established Titles to anyone looking for a unique and fun way to add a bit of nobility to their lives. The certificate is beautifully done, and it's a blast to tell your friends that they now must address you by your new title. After all, who wouldn't want to be known as a lord or lady, even if it's just for fun?

I bought a land package from the website establishedtitles.com for USD $50, which granted me the title of Ladyship. Apparently, I would receive a digital certificate after purchase. Although it was supposed to be a novelty gift only, I expect it to be tied up with a physical property. Unfortunately, I did not receive any indication of such a thing.

Given these lukewarm circumstances, I have my doubts about the validity of the company, "Established Titles". I heard of some misleading information about them that I found quite troublesome. In contrast, their model appears to be inspired by the legitimate company "Highland Titles". Highland Titles provides buyers with the precise GPS coordinates of the land. Moreover, the said company runs actual tours of their land located in Glencoe, Scotland. These actual tours of the acquired land create a more authentic feel for the transaction. It also provides a clear indication that the company cares about their clients and wants to offer the best for them.

Anyhow, I'm not asking for an unsolicited service from Established Titles, and they need to address their client's needs more clearly. It's why I wish to ask for a refund of the package. I hope this action won't become complicated by reports of Established Titles being a fraudulent seller. However, if the company chooses not to honor the refund, I will endeavor to seek a chargeback from my credit card company.

This company, Established Titles, seems like a bit of a scam, if you ask me. When I first stumbled upon their website, I naively thought it could be legit, an opportunity to invest in Scotland's conservation efforts whilst obtaining a fancy title.

But as I dug deeper, some red flags started popping up. For starters, I couldn't find any address listed for the company, which is something that's usually required by law. And when I received my certificate, it didn't have any identifying information that would let me find out exactly where my little patch of Scottish land was located - no GPS coordinates or anything like that.

What's really got me suspecting this is a full-on scam, though, is the lack of any real evidence that Established Titles actually owns any land in Scotland. Like, come on, guys, if you're selling people plots of land, that's the sort of thing you should probably make clear!

I mean, I guess I was pretty dumb to give these folks my money in the first place, but I was hoping they'd at least respond to my request for a refund. I contacted them right away - within the 14 days they specify - but I haven't heard a peep back from them. They sure seem to have plenty of time to send me spammy promotions, though.

All in all, I'd say to steer clear of Established Titles. Unless you're looking to throw money away or add a new title to your collection of useless trinkets, that is.

So I just became a Lord Boy thanks to Established Titles (establishedtitles.com) and I gotta say, it feels pretty good. However, I can't give them a full 5 stars because there's something missing from the experience. You know, like when you buy something and you get a bunch of cool perks and extras? At other similar places, you get an ID card, some handbooks, and a "pro" certificate. But with Established Titles, it's more like, "Hey, congrats! Thanks for buying!" No personal touch or anything. And I think they should definitely fix that.

Now, don't get me wrong, I know the whole Lord thing is just for fun, but still. It'd be nice to feel a bit more special when you become a Lord. I almost went to another place just so I could get that "feeling." Sure, I could have paid extra for a nice printed document, but it's just not the same. And that's why I can't give them a full 5 stars.

But don't let my review discourage you. Established Titles is still a great place to buy from, especially if you want to give someone a unique gift. The price is right, and I actually bought two gifts and one for myself. I just hope that Established Titles takes my review into consideration and makes some changes. After all, everybody wants to feel special, right?

So, I’m just a simple guy who works at a school fixing computers. And it’s true that because of my job, I can come and go as I please. But little did I know that one day, I'd become a Lord. Yup, it's true. I was just poking fun at one of my co-workers, who referred to me as “his lordship” one day, so I thought "why not?" and purchased the lordship package. It was just as a joke, really, thinking it would be a fun gag gift.

To my surprise, after seeing my “title," the teachers and the school kids started to joke around with me, pretending to curtsy and all that good stuff. They all thought it was hilarious, but they had no idea of its legitimacy till recently. When the kids finally figured out that I am really a lord, it was astonishing to see how awed they were! Their reactions were priceless, and it’s something that I will never forget.

A few months after becoming a lord, my dad told me something astonishing-- it turns out that my family's ancestry is Scottish, and we are related to the McGhie family name. I don’t know if this really means much, but it was exciting, for sure.

While I won’t be asking anyone to treat me like a king or a lord anytime soon, it’s still fun to joke around and have fun with it. And, let's not forget the novelty of it all is a sure conversation starter! So, if you ever want to become a lord or a lady, check out Established Titles. I just had the most delightful experience with Established Titles! I was thrilled to get my hands on two of the 1 sqft land titles, one for me and one as a surprise for my wife. At first, my wife was a tad bit skeptical about the purchase, but after I explained to her the deal, she found it to be quite intriguing. She was thrilled that she could finally be called “Lady” and be a titled landowner. She even asked her workplace if she could wear her new title badge, not for the actual title, but more as a conversation starter. Although her request was denied, her colleagues were extremely taken aback by her new status as a landowner while still holding the profession of a nurse.

My overall impression of Established Titles has been nothing but impressive. The website is extremely detailed, and they do not engage in the slightest of bait-and-switch techniques which is quite the relief. I found that anything I needed to know about the programs or the land, I could easily discover on the website. Additionally, the pictures of the surroundings of the land were breathtaking, and the actual coordinates of the plot were provided to us, which allowed us to even see where our plot was located on Google or Bing Maps.

One of the things that I truly appreciated about the process was that the titles itself were shipped online, allowing me to print it out in my home. The freedom to print out the titleship papers in the comfort of my home quickly, without waiting for them to be shipped and risking damage, was a huge plus. I got both of mine on heavy cardstock and am looking forward to framing them. Thanks, Established Titles, for the wonderful experience.

I was really excited to receive my PAPER Lord Designation from Established Titles. They claimed it would arrive within 10 days, but it has already been 3 WHOLE MONTHS and I haven't received it yet! I tried to contact them through their "Customer Support" channel and THEY SAID it was because of the pandemic that caused a delay, but it's been a WHOLE MONTH since then and I still haven't gotten my designation! WHAT GIVES?

I mean, I REALLY want that designation because it would mean so much to me, but I'm starting to get worried that I won't get to show it off to my friends and family. I'm hoping that I'll get it soon, but I'm starting to feel like maybe this company isn't the best when it comes to customer service and delivering on their promises.

I'm REALLY hoping that my PAPER Lord Designation will arrive soon, but I'm not too sure. I'm going to give it some more time and hope that it arrives. But if it doesn't, I guess I'll have to look into finding another company that can deliver on their promises.

It was a bummer, especially since I was hoping to give my girl her certificate on her birthday. The attention to detail on the shipping addresses could've been better, especially considering the price. Still, I think the idea is cool and if I ever try again, I just hope the next shipment is more successful.

I ordered a certificate of title for my friend as a gift on April 12th from Established Titles. Sadly, the order could not be delivered to my friend, as I was the one who had to sign for it. Even though I clearly indicated in the order that it was meant for my friend, the delivery team still required my signature.

They assured me that a new shipment had been scheduled to my friend, but to my dismay, it is already July 1st and there is no tracking number for the package. I understand that COVID-19 has been affecting deliveries, but waiting for so long has been frustrating, especially considering how excited I was to give my friend this unique and special gift.

The company has issued a partial refund, which I appreciate, but the certificate of title is still nowhere to be found. I have had to continuously ask for updates, and the company doesn't seem to be very concerned about the delay in delivery. I really hope that the gift arrives soon because I can't wait to present it to my friend.

I just tried Established Titles to get a certified document for my father in law for Father's Day on the 4th of June. I'm still waiting for my deliverable! It's almost getting to a month, can you imagine that? And yet, I placed my order well in time, believing the site's promise that it would be delivered within ten working days. It's beyond frustrating, and I'm at my wit's end. I check my mailbox every day for it, and I'm starting to think it's never going to arrive. I want my printed certificate, and if they don't give me my costs back, I'm not sure what I'll do – it's absurd. The whole experience has been a colossal letdown, and I don't know if I would have the courage to use Established Titles for anything anymore.
