Date of Incident July 7, 2023 7:30 A.M.
We purchased No Name Peanut Butter that was advertised and listed on the shelf as being on sale for 3.99 with a regular price of 4.79.
Each variety of the No Name peanut butter was tagged separately to clearly define the product. Each item had a LIMIT of 4 per customer.
We took 4 of Light Smooth Peanut Butter and 4 of Crunchy Peanut Butter. Each Item was clearly shown as a limit of 4.
At the checkout we were charged the sale price for the 4 items of one variety and were charged the regular price for the 4 items of the second variety.
We took our product and sales slip immediately to customer service to have the error corrected.
After much discussion in this regard they finally consented to allowing us to get all 8 at the sale price as they were, indeed two separate items, clearly defined by their shelf tag and product number. We asked that they give us the first item in error free in accordance with the law which they refused We are requesting that you correct this issue.
Desired outcome: We are requesting the refund for the first item in accordance with the regulation posted at the entrance door.Refund can be put on my PC Optimum Card . No. [protected]
