I am a regular shopper at superstore, but with covid going on I have been shopping online with a company called instacart, I get over 300.00 dollars in groceries at least once a week, and I have only received my free item 5 times from the same shopper today being october 5th I spent over 500.00 dollars at 5251 country hilld blvd n.W. Calgary alberta, she got my free item for me which I asked for, then she informed me that it was taken away from her because she shops for instacart, which is not right! I am not happy, I dont blame my shopper because ive had no issues with her, its superstore changing policies saying because im being safe and ordering from a company that does my shopping for me and delivers to me I dont get my item, yet pc express is the same thing (online shopping) but they get the free item because they come to store and sit in their cars not being safe. You see what I mean. I want this changed to be fair, im spending my money at the store just getting someone else to shop for me, fix it fairly
Desired outcome: Change policy so its fair for everyone
