Real Canadian Superstore Someone stole 240,000 points from my PC Optimum account

I got an email yesterday that I had redeemed 240, 000 points in Ajax, Ontario while I was sitting at my desk in Edmonton, Alberta. I called Superstore in Ontario and they said a card was used (I checked my account and that card is not attached to my account) and so they would not give the points back because it is their policy. I said it is impossible for me to have used that card but they will not return my points. Any other company would be reasonable about a customer being a victim of fraud would refund the $240.00. They will not respond except to say it is "their policy if a card is used"

Desired outcome: I want my 240,000 points back

Real Canadian Superstore Washrooms

This washroom in the confederation store is not up to par in accordance to the size of this store... Look at the pictures, one stall, and two urinals which half the time are ‘out of order'... Paper towel machine has been neglected for months... Doesn't work and/or "produce" paper towel... Customers have to do it on their own...In a store this size.. Time to move forward with washrooms like walmart has... Get your head in the game, and don't say "it's not affordable" you guys should have the best and safest washrooms in the country. Let's get movin!

Real Canadian Superstore Customer service LOWER SACKVILLE NOVA SCOTIA

I was in pop aisle and asked a clerk where i could find ginger beer.She said look in this aisle and walked away.She said as she walked away to go ask at service desk.i went to service desk and was told it was either in pop aisle or in Pharmacare aisle.The clerk called one person out back to check.No stock out back.Not able to check stock on computer to tell me if store carried any stock.
No ginger beer in pharmacy and no stock in pop aisle .

Real Canadian Superstore Click and collect

Hello, I am writing today to complain about the click and collect service. We used the service today because time was a critical issue. Our pick up time was slated for 430 to 5 and when I phoned at 5:10 to see why we hadn't received confirmation the order was not ready nor did the person we spoke to seem to realize that we can't even made an order. We received confirmation of the order at 11 AM and we're supposed to be able to pick up between 430 and five we received an email at 5:46 indicating substitutions. We had stopped using click and collect for a long period of time because of delays previously. I am writing today to see if waving the $5 fee is possible in addition to compensation maybe through PC points?

Desired outcome: To waive the five dollar fee and perhaps extra PC points. It really did mess up the whole day and compensation for time. We are as you can see very loyal superstore shoppers.

Real Canadian Superstore Pc marble cheese

I brought it home. Went to open it a few days later and it's full of mold... The best b4 date is august... Don't know why... I bought some old cheddar too and it's fine..

Real Canadian Superstore Rushing customers through the checkout

I was under the impression that the cashiers are supposed to wait until the person at the end has finished packing their groceries before ringing the next person through. It has happened on more than one occasion where I am still packing my groceries and the person behind me has their stuff already scanned through, and vice versa. It really does not help the situation when it's a pandemic and cashiers are rushing the customers through the checkout, ultimately not respecting social distancing. This has happened at the Superstore on 51 Ave and the store in Heritage Valley both in Edmonton.

Desired outcome: Tell your staff to not rush customers through the checkout line

Real Canadian Superstore Pandemic issues

I was just at your store and A gentleman not wearing a mask. I asked the staff in front of the checkout about masks being mandatory..she said no as long as you have proof of illness..I asked the staff at entrance about proof they said you just have to say you have an illness. So anyone and their brother can say that. I have a brain tumor and I still wear a mask to.keep me safe and anyone else..I believe you should look into your policy during this pandemic

Real Canadian Superstore point system & sale prices

I have just discovered that we can no longer collect points based on the amount of our bill total. In the past we received points for every twenty dollars spent. Today I was told we only get the points if we use a PC Financial Mastercard. That riles me. It will cause me to do more of my grocery shopping at Sobeys.

On another matter your sale pricing is ridiculous! You have to buy two of anything to get the sale price. As one half of a senior couple we do not need two of everything. I've noticed that Sobeys often cuts the sale price in half if you buy one item.

I don't know who is responsible for these unfriendly policies but management needs to review them or Superstore will slowly but surely lose business.

Real Canadian Superstore COVID Protocols

Last night (April 25th) an unmasked family of three were shopping at the GCSS Lethbridge (Mayor Magrath Drive), putting staff and fellow patrons at risk. There was no security person checking the doors. We are living through a pandemic and Lethbridge has recently been a COVID hotspot. Putting signs on doors without enforcement is clearly not working.

I wonder what would happen if a person were to light up a cigarette. If I had to choose between second-hand smoke and potential COVID exposure right now, I would rather be exposed to smoke.

April 19/2021 @4:45pm. Rochdale blvd in Regina. Customer in store walking/shopping with no mask/shield etc. Asked him to put on his mask, ignored me, followed him, kept ignoring. Went to self checkout, staff refuses to do or say anything. He left, still no mask. I spoke to store mgr previously, refuses to do anything. This company/store policy is a joke...

Real Canadian Superstore Disrespectful cashier and non compliance of mask wearing throughout store.

I do most all my shopping at at superstore in Winkler Manitoba, was there on Tuesday April 13, 2021 . Announcements were constant about all patrons have to wear masks, but alot of people there just ignored and did not have one on or wore it on there chin. At the checkout we waited for the person in front to bag their stuff and step away before we moved to the bagging area, as we are bagging our groceries the cashier send down the next persons groceries and that person is now standing right beside us with her mask on her chin. I said excuse me to the cashier and said aren't you suppose to wait until we are done before sending down the next order, she mumbled something, and i said what about distancing, cashier said well I will stop if you want, to which i said its kinda late she is standing right here, the cashier then said well its not my fault then told me if i feel uncomfortable then i can bag my groceries at the next til, then kept on sending the other persons order down the conveyor. I was livad by that remark and decided to just walk away rather than start a scene. It was not busy at all so there was no reason to rush the orders down

I have used the online shopping service a few times now, and each time I have had errors with my order. I am missing items, received partial order mixed up with someone else's order. Then when I have to go back to store they don't even offer a credit for convenience fee. I have to request this. I also get charged for items and wait almost 3 weeks before...

Real Canadian Superstore Allowing people to shop without proper masks

Superstore in Spruce Grove, Alberta is allowing customers to shop without wearing a mask that protects against COVID-19.
When I approached the lady cashier to ask why security wasn't requesting the group of 6 people whom where shopping without a mask, she became indifferent and rude.
I don't understand why Superstore would allow these narcissistic shoppers to do be in the store to the determinant of everyone else.
Superstores attitude seems to cater to the people whom want to do as they please and go against the rules and regulations that this province has set forth to protect everyone, not just a selected few.
I will not shop at Superstore until I can be assured that Loblaws is serious about this pandemic and take appropriate action.

Real Canadian Superstore Bread

The bread you sell in the unsliced 4 pack has gotten smaller and smaller It's just not worth buying anymore. We used to think it was the best bread. 11 years plus we've been buying it. Now we think we will be looking for other options I'm not sure the reason for making such small loaves now. They used to be nice and big and fluffy. Now they are small dense and heavy

Real Canadian Superstore Employee at Self Checkout

I went into the Superstore today on Argentia Road. I chose the self checkout to pay for my groceries. I needed help to enter a discounted item and looked around for help. I couldn't see anyone. I waited but no one came. The man across from me was looking for help too. I called over to the woman at the first cash register and she acknowledged that I needed help and paged for Janine or Jeanne. I saw a redhaired woman go to the woman who paged and she yelled that nobody needs help and not to page her. I called over to the woman and said I needed help. She was rude and abrupt with me too. I explained to her that the man across from me needed help as well but he left the store and the items were sitting at the station. Does the Superstore condone such behavior from employees? I was appalled by the awful treatment and behavior of such an employee and will not shop there again.

Real Canadian Superstore promo offer

You could win [protected] pts to fill out survey. I started to fill survey and I did not like the questions beyond household income. What does this have to do with my grocery experience . I did enjoy a good part of my shopping but there are some items I could not get for they had noun.
