visiting your store on country hill Blvd. Calgary has turned into a disappointment after shopping there for many years
the so-called fresh produce is a joke and the case in point is the bagged oranges
I purchased a 5 lb. bag on Friday, April 8th and when opened Sunday morning they were rotten ranges and the others were close to being uneatable.
I returned the bag and the front end staff was very polite and quickly replaced them for me but I now get them home and 4 oranges are rotten and I will not go to the expense of time and gas to return them they will just go in the green cart
at $8. a bag of 5 lbs. surely your staff could police them better than just piling them out in the bin.
your ads with your president saying how good you are is misleading as this particular store has gone down in its overall display of fresh vegetables and in general store upkeep.
you are about to open a new store in the Bowness are closer to where we live and hopefully your company will shine in every aspect
Desired outcome: get your act together and clean up the sore and fresh vegitable displays
Real Canadian Superstore - Getting free items for limit spent
I am a regular shopper at superstore, but with covid going on I have been shopping online with a company called instacart, I get over 300.00 dollars in groceries at least once a week, and I have only received my free item 5 times from the same shopper today being october 5th I spent over 500.00 dollars at 5251 country hilld blvd n.W. Calgary alberta, she got my free item for me which I asked for, then she informed me that it was taken away from her because she shops for instacart, which is not right! I am not happy, I dont blame my shopper because ive had no issues with her, its superstore changing policies saying because im being safe and ordering from a company that does my shopping for me and delivers to me I dont get my item, yet pc express is the same thing (online shopping) but they get the free item because they come to store and sit in their cars not being safe. You see what I mean. I want this changed to be fair, im spending my money at the store just getting someone else to shop for me, fix it fairly
