Real Canadian Superstore

I went to the smoke store in Prince Albert, Sask. This past Thursday morning. All the shelves were empty of cartons of smokes, with only a few individual packages on the floor all mixed up. I was told management stated all smokes must now be removed in the evenings and then in the morning put back on the shelves. I went again this morning to get a carton of smokes and all the smokes were still not on the shelves. I was told it was head office in Ontario that made up this new rule, even though I can see all shelves have locks on them. Obviously, head office staff do not have to work in the smoke stores and I strongly suspect you are now losing money at this new rule. I am asking you to return the way things use to be. THAT or the people who made the new rule to work in a smoke store to see how much more difficult you have made it for your staff.
