ReadyRefresh - now Primo Brands is part of Poland Spring which owns too many brands to name! A monopoly!
First, customer service is a 1/2 hr to 45 min phone call away!
Second, delivery service is always an issue. When they make a mistake and don't deliver all products, they will erase the mistake online in my account and ask if I changed the order! Then they blame the system! Really! Systems don't make changes on its own! It's usually a human being...
They started charging me $3/mnth for a written invoice - which I never requested and it took several days to finally speak with someone and again I was told "must have been a system error!"
Poland Spring water from CostCo has also been a issue. We bought 3 cases, and jugs from each case tasted like chlorine! Like the spring ran dry and they bottled tap water to sell. So we started monthly delivery service from ReadyRefresh of the case water along with our 5-gal jugs. We're lucky if they get the delivery right! We got delivery today (Tues) of only the 5-gal jugs. Then online, I see they rescheduled the missing cases along with the 5-gal jug for Mon! Ludicrous!
Recommendation: Use another delivery service if there is one in your area!
