Told me that I could pay when I got an invoice. I told them not to charge my card on file. Twice, they said I could pay the invoice when it arrived at my account. I was to use another card to pay when I got the invoice... Auto-pay, account overdue, fees, 13 calls today... Just wertyu$%^&fg customer service. No where to remove card, says you are in auto pay anyway now, can't cancel account. No able to tip the driver.
I don't think I have ever written an complaint? What is this telling you. These big companies and the customer line, hangs up, no menu to get to customer service, then hangs up.
Recommendation: not likely
