When ReadyRefresh took over our local distributors, the wheels fell off customer service. We had paused service for the summer- delivery showed up anyway. We returned 9 empties- no credit for deposit. I tried to first get help by phone or chat and after 20+ tries- no human. I called to find out about cancelling (which can only be accomplished by phone so that customers can presumably be cowed into staying on)- no answer after 40 calls.
It's possible that this is growing pains from merger- but a terrible way to start.
Recommendation: We will start picking up water with our weekly grocery shop as needed. Will cancel if anyone ever picks up the phone or pursue legal channel. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
