ReadyRefresh review: Water dispenser

The City had a problem with the water, which necessitated the tank in our dispenser to be emptied because the water was contaminated. I have been waiting 2 weeks for the service or for someone to contact me. This is unacceptable. You merged companies with another company and did not inform me. The merger caused service to be nonexistent. Calling customer service was a waste of my time. I am cancelling my service.
