ReadyRefresh Unprofessional practices and poor customer service: Avoid ReadyRefresh!

I have been a loyal customer of ReadyRefresh for almost a year now, having signed up through Costco. Initially, I was extremely pleased with their service. However, my experience with them quickly turned sour in September when they sent me an early shipment that I was not able to receive. Despite my concerns, the delivery was made and I was left praying that my unattended shipment would not be taken.

As if that wasn't enough, in November they missed a delivery date and showed up at a completely different time instead. At this point, I tried reaching out to them, but was met with radio silence. None of my emails were answered and their phone lines were always busy. I received only a generated response to my inquiries.

Once December rolled around, they started missing all of my delivery dates, and without checking if the rescheduled time suited me, they would just notify me of new delivery times via text or email. Throughout that month alone, they cancelled my service seven times. Frankly, I grew frustrated, and eventually decided it was best to cancel my account altogether. However, cancelling wasn't easy. While the app offers the option, it's merely a messaging center, and I had to email them to indicate my desire to end my subscription. They still tried to send me water even after the cancellation had been confirmed.

This morning, a delivery driver tried to deliver to my residence again, even though I had already cancelled my subscription and informed them of my decision. I was informed by the driver that I would still be charged for the water even though I had stopped my subscription. They also let me know that I wouldn't be able to return the water because of their unavailability via phone.

I urge you not to use ReadyRefresh due to their unprofessional practices. If you miss their delivery, they will charge you for it even if you halt your subscription. Moreover, their customer service representatives have become uncommunicative since Nestle apparently took over. As a result, I have talked to many other people who have used their service and heard about similar issues. In summary: stay away from ReadyRefresh!

ReadyRefresh Disappointing Experience with ReadyRefresh Water Delivery Service: Unreliable, Unprofessional, and Overpriced

Unfortunately, I have to give ReadyRefresh a one-star rating as I have had an extremely unpleasant experience with their service. Recently, the company decided to raise their delivery fee from $2.95 to $8.95, which was already a bit frustrating. I expected the service to be more reliable with such a price hike, but that was not the case. My delivery has never been on the day it was promised, always at least a day late. Moreover, despite giving requests to ring my bell instead of just dropping off the delivery, the delivery person never does so even when I am home within the delivery window.

However, what happened today was the worst of all. It is 6 pm and I still did not receive my delivery. When I went out to walk my dog, I found out that my 3 5-gallon water bottles were left in a public area— the vestibule in the lobby, along with my apartment number written in marker on them. This is a highly unprofessional revelation as it undermines the hygiene of the bottle.

Despite having my current phone number on file, I received no phone call notification of the delivery status. I understand that I shouldn't have to carry the three 5-gallon water bottles to my apartment, as that is the whole point of paying for delivery service. Upon calling ReadyRefresh customer service, I was surprised at the unsympathetic position of the person who answered. Instead of showing contrition, he asked me whether I had someone to help me carry the bottles. Unfortunately, I didn't, and he offered to schedule a return visit for Monday, which I found completely unacceptable.

Feeling frustrated and disappointed, I cancelled my service and asked for a refund for today's delivery. To my dismay, he canceled my service without any form of redemption or incentives. Instead, he bluntly told me that he would need to issue a ticket for my refund since the office was closed. This further decreased my confidence in the service quality of ReadyRefresh.

It's deeply unfortunate that ReadyRefresh has undergone considerable deterioration since Nestle acquired the company. I regretfully feel that the best course of action now is to discontinue my service. My perception is that ReadyRefresh is less concerned with improving its service quality or hiring capable employees than expanding its profits, which is indeed a shame.

ReadyRefresh Appalling Customer Service Experience with ReadyRefresh: A Warning for Nestle Customers

The experience with ReadyRefresh is absolutely appalling. While the water itself may satisfy, the customer service received is nothing short of terrible. As a loyal customer of Nestle, I expected a certain level of modern and fair practices, but my recent ordeal has left me utterly shocked.

As I was heading out of town for an extended period, I attempted to pause my water bottle delivery through their website. Unfortunately, there was no option to do so. I assumed that the delivery person would notice the absence of bottle pickups and take action accordingly, but that was not the case. Upon returning home, I found 24 five-gallon bottles of water on my porch. This is both inconvenient and concerning, given that it serves as an open invitation to thieves. It is unacceptable that a company does not take basic common sense into account when providing such services.

I attempted to cancel my subscription online, but that proved futile as well. I then spent 47 minutes on the phone with a manager who blamed me for the delivery and berated me. She eventually admitted that I could have canceled the subscription online, but provided no support when trying to do so. It became apparent that the company’s business model is based solely on trapping the customer and making it difficult to cancel.

A promise of a credit of around $65 was made for the inconvenience I faced. However, this credit was never received. Additionally, I requested assistance in having the bottles picked up due to my extended absence, to prevent any opportunistic thefts. While the manager assured me that this would be taken care of, it was not. All the bottles remained on my porch even after a month of being away. This is utterly unacceptable from a company with a name as recognized as Nestle.

It is disheartening that such a large company operates so poorly. This outdated business model is not sustainable, and Nestle is losing customers daily due to its archaic customer service practices. Negative public attention, much like the one that is being created here, will eventually break down their business model. I urge them to take notice and strive to provide better service to their customers.

ReadyRefresh Disheartening Experience with ReadyRefresh Water Delivery Service

I have been a loyal customer of ReadyRefresh for years now and have been content with their delivery services. Recently, I decided to increase my subscription to receive six cases of water every month, which had been working well even during the holidays. However, last month, my delivery ended up being delayed by a week, and I received several texts about rescheduling the delivery every day. This was quite inconvenient for me, but I assumed that the company might be struggling with a labor, product, or fuel shortage.

To ensure that I could use the water before the next delivery in March, I had to adjust my latest delivery date by a week or so. I never received a formal communication from the company about these issues, which left me feeling slightly disappointed. However, things took a turn for the worse when I received an email stating that my account had been cancelled, effective February 25th, 2022.

The email from ReadyRefresh explained that they had reviewed my account and service model and made the difficult decision to discontinue my delivery service. I was disheartened by this news, particularly as my account was set up for autopay, and I had no inkling that I was about to lose the service. The email informed me that I could no longer order online, and if I had any scheduled deliveries after February 25th, they would be canceled.

To add insult to injury, the email also suggested that I purchase the "under-the-sink Full Flow Filtration System." While this product might be better for the environment, with the sudden cancellation, it didn't sit well with me, particularly since I reside in an apartment.

I am not sure why my account was canceled, but I suspect it could be because I live in a secure apartment complex that is challenging to access, especially early or late in the day. Additionally, the billing aspect of their service, which had always been irksome, made me reevaluate using their services. Sadly, this situation has left a terrible taste in my mouth.

I will now have to seek out another water delivery service, and with less than two weeks' notice, it's going to be a scramble to find a vendor who can provide the same level of service. I suppose I always knew that ReadyRefresh's prices were steep, and perhaps this is an opportunity to find a more affordable service. To all their current customers, it's important to keep an eye on your account status and be ready for sudden cancellations if you are not considered a convenient delivery location.

ReadyRefresh Disappointed with Nestle Ready Refresh's Customer Service: A Review

As a long-time Nestle Ready Refresh customer, I am incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service I've received in the past five months. It seems that my service is hardly ever on time, with deliveries routinely arriving at least two days after the originally scheduled time. Unfortunately, in March, things reached a new low. The driver not only failed to deliver to my door as per standard procedure, but they left the bottles outside of my apartment building, where they were vulnerable to theft. Moreover, despite making several calls to customer service to resolve the issue, my 5 empty bottles were never retrieved, and one of them was stolen.

In April, I was reluctant to set out my empty bottles as instructed due to the previous month's experience. Sadly, things didn't improve as there was no delivery, pick-up, or phone call with the new delivery time. This pattern continued into May, where once again, my empty bottles were not retrieved, despite my efforts to ensure a working delivery system. The final straw came when this month's driver, again, left my bottles outside of the apartment building, without even attempting a delivery, despite having my door code.

As someone who has been a loyal customer of Nestle Ready Refresh for the past six years, I am extremely disappointed with the current state of their service. As such, I've cancelled my account and will not be using their services or any of their water home delivery affiliates in the future. It's disheartening to see a company with such a strong reputation for quality products have such a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. I will be sharing my negative experience with my friends and family, and through various online review platforms to ensure others are aware of the issues I've encountered.

While they promise an easy and convenient solution to water delivery, the company fails to uphold its service standards and leaves behind a trail of disappointed and disillusioned customers who have voiced valid concerns about their service.

ReadyRefresh Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with ReadyRefresh Water Delivery Services

ReadyRefresh has been my water delivery service of choice since 2007. However, I recently experienced several issues that have left me extremely dissatisfied with their service, and I am hesitant to continue doing business with them in the future.

In the midst of the pandemic, I found it increasingly difficult to get in touch with ReadyRefresh's customer service department over the phone. I prefer to pay my bills over the phone to avoid online fraud, yet I was unable to reach anyone for three consecutive months. When I finally did manage to speak to someone, I was informed that my account had been turned over to a collection agency. This was surprising to me, as I had never experienced any issues with payment in the past and had been strongly committed to meeting my obligations as a long-time customer.

After paying the full amount owed, I encountered further difficulties with ReadyRefresh's customer service team. I realized that they had failed to deliver two scheduled deliveries and pick up the empty containers from my home, which caused me considerable physical and emotional hardship. As a senior citizen with a bad back, I found it challenging to move the large, heavy containers back and forth multiple times. To make matters worse, when I brought this up to their representatives during phone calls, no one provided me with any explanation or solution. It was only when I asked about my account status that I was informed of a supposed missing payment - an issue I had not been alerted to in my previous communication with representatives.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with ReadyRefresh's customer service and professionalism. Their offshore call center representatives are frequently difficult to understand, and the automated phone system often puts callers on hold for long periods of time. Furthermore, the recent decision to shut down the automated system entirely has made it even harder for customers to conduct business with the company.

As a result of these negative experiences, I strongly advise against using ReadyRefresh for water delivery services. It is simply not worth the time, money, or frustration.

ReadyRefresh Disappointing Experience with Ready Refresh Water Deliveries: Unreliable Service and Frustrating Customer Support

My experience with Ready Refresh over the past year has been frustrating to say the least. While the concept of receiving regular water deliveries sounds convenient, the execution has been sorely lacking. Despite the fact that the cooler is supposed to be brand new, it has already had to be replaced twice, causing unwelcome disruptions in our routine.

Furthermore, deliveries have consistently been late or not shown up at all. While the company points to the pandemic as the root cause, as a nurse manager of a critical care unit, I understand firsthand the challenges that this situation presents. However, I believe that it is their responsibility to honor their commitments even in the face of staffing issues. We rely on them to provide a service, and it's not acceptable to fall short month after month.

To make matters worse, I recently underwent surgery on both feet, making it impossible for me to personally go to the store and purchase water. My elderly mother has also had to struggle to do so. Despite multiple attempts to address these issues with Ready Refresh, I've consistently encountered excuses and lies about local store numbers and the status of deliveries.

Most recently, I scheduled a water cooler replacement with Ready Refresh, only to have them fail to show up during the scheduled time slot. When I reached out to complain, I was told that my appointment had been rescheduled and that I hadn't been notified. This delay came as a huge inconvenience, and I was not willing to wait another weekend for them to remedy the situation. When I asked to speak to a manager, the response I received was equally unhelpful.

Overall, I've become incredibly frustrated with Ready Refresh and their inability to deliver on their promises. Despite reaching out to their parent company, I've never heard back or received any indication that they take customer satisfaction seriously. While I understand that companies can experience challenges and setbacks, I believe that it's incredibly important for them to take responsibility and be proactive in addressing them.

ReadyRefresh Disappointing Experience with ReadyRefresh: Incorrect Deliveries and Overcharging"| 88 characters

First of all, I have to say that my experience with ReadyRefresh has not been the best, especially after they took over Poland Spring. I had several problems with my deliveries, which were often late or incorrect. However, the biggest issue I had was the overdelivery of water bottles.

During the summer, I had already had a few problems with ReadyRefresh, so they promised me an extra water bottle for both July and August. When it came time for my September delivery, I was supposed to receive 4 bottles in total: 2 that I get each month, and 2 free 5 gallon bottles. However, I received a notification that my order had been delivered while I was still out running errands.

When I arrived home, I was shocked to find 8 bottles of water scattered around my front porch. I immediately called ReadyRefresh's customer service to find out what was going on. The representative told me that they had 8 bottles written down, but I only ordered 4. I asked her to call the driver back to pick up the extra bottles, but she couldn't get hold of him.

This left me with 4 extra bottles that I didn't want or need, and I was worried about being charged for them. The customer service representative assured me that I wouldn't be charged for their mistake, but I still insisted that they don't deliver water in October and just pick up my empties. Unfortunately, this didn't resolve the issue.

A few days later, I noticed that $86 had been taken out of my account, even though I was only supposed to be charged my usual $32. ReadyRefresh had charged me for all the bottles, including the ones I didn't order. I called customer service again and the representative said they had to go back to billing and figure it out. They offered me a credit, which I declined since I wouldn't need it until January. I demanded my money back immediately, but they said they couldn't facilitate that for me.

This entire exchange took me over a half an hour during my lunch break and nothing seemed to get resolved. I'm extremely disappointed with this company and I feel like my money is being held hostage. I've lost faith in their ability to provide good service, and I don't think I'll be using their services again.

ReadyRefresh Terrible experience with ReadyRefresh - Unreliable delivery, terrible customer service

It is with great disappointment that I write this review, and I strongly advise anyone against using ReadyRefresh (readyrefresh.com). Initially, we scheduled a delivery of six cases of water to our office on February 25th, according to the email verification we received. However, things went awry when we received another email later in the day, stating that the delivery was complete, although we hadn't received anything. Upon investigation, we discovered that ReadyRefresh had attempted to deliver a jug of water, which our neighbor had refused and sent back to them.

The driver never made an effort to locate our company right next door, nor did they give us any proof of delivery. This lack of effort is unacceptable, and it's no wonder we couldn't get through to customer service when we attempted to fix things. We have called their customer service line over 100 times to follow up on the situation, yet all we got was an automated message that "all representatives are busy at this time." My patience wore thin, and I submitted three customer service inquiries online, none of which got a response.

To make matters worse, they sent an email to terminate our service, even though they failed to deliver anything to us. We will have to dispute the charge to get a refund for an undelivered product, which is inconvenient and time-consuming. I am glad they have canceled our service since, because I had decided to do so myself.

Additionally, many reviews have pointed out that they continued to charge customers even after cancellation. This behavior is unacceptable and unethical, and we want our money back, with an assurance that ReadyRefresh will not charge our card again.

Considering our experience, I would not recommend ReadyRefresh to anyone looking for a reliable and responsible water delivery service. Read the other reviews, take note, and do not give this company your money. The lack of honesty, accountability, and supposed customer service is entirely unacceptable.
