I have been trying to arrange for.
a water delivery for the past 2 weeks. During that time period, my delivery date has been changed by your company 7 times. My empty water bottles have been sitting outside, waiting to be picked up since Tuesday 6/10. I started out as a customer with Poland Springs 39 years ago and have NEVER had such problems with my water delivery. So as of yesterday 6/11, I have terminated my association with your company. I had to argue with one of your company's personnel in order to have my empty bottles and my cooler picked up at the same time. I was told initially that the earliest my empties could be picked up was on June 16th, which I said was unacceptable. That is over 2 weeks from my initial pick up date. After multiple calls, I spoke with a gentleman named John, who was finally able to coordinate the pick up for the cooler & the empties for tomorrow 6/13. I have never seen such a poorly un company in my life. Your people have no Idea as to what is going on.
