I ordered toiletry bags from Peachloft on December 12, 2022. They arrived about a week or 2 After Christmas. I wasn’t very thrilled with the quality so I emailed them on January 24, 2023. (I have attached pictures). I have yet to get a response from their customer service. I tried calling after about a week from when I sent the email and again - no response.
I’ve tried emailing and calling the listed contact for Peachloft. It’s been about a month and I have yet to get a response from either the email or the phone call. I wanted to return items.
Desired outcome: I’d love a response from them in regards to How to return items!
Ring
I purchased the Sunflower Fidget ring for my granddaughter with the letter M for her first name. I received it today. It was in a plastic bag with nothing else. The sweet poem that was advertised with it was not in the bag. The letter M is bent. The ring is just perfect for her and I was so excited to give it to her for her 13th birthday in March. How do I return this ring and get my money back, or will Peachloft fix this issue?

It took a long time to get the product (≈6 weeks), with no communication about any delay, and a link to track shipping was to an international location and not in English, so that was not useful.
Biggest issue was that the vacuum performance was poor compared to the advertising -- suction was not good compared to what was advertised. So I would say it was false advertising.
Additional issue was that when I requested a refund and that request was accurately responded to (initial response was an apology for shipping delays due to high demand of item), I learned I needed to ship the item at my cost to a location IN CHINA. To do that would have cost about 60% of what I paid, for the product, so not worth it. In essence, to U.S. customers, needing to ship to China at their own cost in the event of dissatisfaction makes working with this company an issue.
Desired outcome: Have a U.S. location for shipping to make return costs reasonable to U.S. customers.
No phone (always busy) and no email response. I ordered a snow car cover 2 months ago and cannot reach them. Complete fraud!
