Terrible service since Ready Refresh purchase the old company Primo Water. I finally cancelled my service, but have been waiting MONTHS for them to pick up my remaining glass bottles to get my rather significant deposit back. They keep 'rescheduling' the empty bottle pickup every week to few days, but clearly they are not going to give me back my deposit.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Recommendation: Do not use this company
