Complaint against RE/MAX Mahogany Bay, specifically individuals Will Mitchell and Chris Letellier, for fraudulent activities in the sale of properties at Mahogany Bay and Secret Beach in San Pedro, Belize. This complaint is on behalf of myself and numerous other unsuspecting home buyers who have fallen victim to their scam.

The fraudulent scheme orchestrated by Will Mitchell and Chris Letellier involves the sale of sinking lots and homes with significant foundation issues. These properties are falsely marketed and sold for exorbitant prices ranging from $150,000 to $1,000,000. The builders involved in the construction of these homes are primarily farmers with no expertise or experience in the field, resulting in substandard construction quality.

The homes that have been sold by RE/MAX Mahogany Bay, under the guidance of Will Mitchell and Chris Letellier, exhibit numerous structural problems such as leaking floors, ceilings, and roofs. The foundation of these homes is compromised, leading to severe cracks in the walls and ceilings. During the rainy season, the houses continuously shift and move, exacerbating the existing structural issues.

As a result of this fraudulent scheme, the value of these properties is rapidly depreciating, directly contradicting the promised increased equity. Will Mitchell and Chris Letellier have scammed thousands of unsuspecting home buyers from the United States and Europe, luring them with false claims of investment potential and growth.

Chris Letellier is a primary accomplice in this scam, having referred us to purchase properties at Secret Beach. We paid a substantial deposit to the builder, Addison, under the understanding that the construction would commence. However, Addison has disappeared with the funds, failing to provide any proof of progress or construction plans for the house. He has been evasive and unresponsive for the past six months, leaving us deceived and stranded without any recourse. Shockingly, it has come to light that Addison had also provided half of the house deposit to Chris Letellier, the Canadian scammer and thief involved in this scheme.

Considering the severity and scale of this scam, we, the affected homebuyers, have decided to pursue legal action and file a class action lawsuit against RE/MAX Mahogany Bay, Will Mitchell, and Chris Letellier for their fraudulent activities. We believe that the conduct exhibited by these individuals and the company warrants legal intervention to protect the rights and interests of the victims.

We kindly request your legal representation in this matter. We believe that by joining forces and bringing collective legal action against these scammers, we can seek justice, compensation, and prevent further innocent individuals from falling victim to their fraudulent practices.

We have compiled evidence, including documentation of the property purchases, the misleading representations made by RE/MAX Mahogany Bay, and our communications with Chris Letellier and Addison. We are willing to provide any additional information or supporting documentation required to proceed with this legal complaint.
