I orderd a pair of Ugg boots on December 3rd. I received an e-mail stating the charge from Google complaint department. Since then I've called the number listed at least 5 times (automated, have to leave a message) with no response although they give you a 48 hour notice of return. I've sent 5 e-mails to the google site requesting information to confirm that the order was legitimate. No response. When I looked at the charge on my debit card on my bank statement to see that this charge came from Beijing China.
That explains everything. At this point I do not expect to get any response and figure I just threw away my money.

Attached is the sales information I received immediately after the order and have not heard anything since.

This site must be bogus also. The disputes say it is handled by google. They need to wake up!
