Special ordered a pair of shoes. Can't find the original receipt but had the shipping confirmation which shows transaction order #, the date and cost paid. 
I was denied a refund however when I tried to take back. The shoes did not fit. 
I was told b/c I didn't have a receipt, I could not return them. I was provider a customer support phone # to try to obtain a copy of the purchase receipt information. Why is a store telling me how to do something the store employee could do? I provided them a copy of the shipping information, which contained (in my opinion) the important information needed.

Item (SKU) 202215 Total $44.93 (total cost with tax). 
The store in question was the Peachtree City location which is where the item was purchased. I am not sure how this became such a difficult task from a reasonable request.
Desired outcome: I would like to simply return the item in question and get a refund.
