RaceTrac review: Customer service

Good morning, I went inside the race track on 4440 colonial ft myers fl, 08/07/2021 around 5:36pm
I am a regular customer who goes inside to play my lottery, I keep having issues with you cashier whom works their, she will not serve me when I come inside the store, she has threaten to call the police on me as a threat, I have contacted you all serval times before about this. So yesterday I went in the store to play my lotter, their was a young man helping me this time playing my lottery, this young man ask the cahier if she could help with my repeat numbers she then stated no! I will not help him, he asked her again she continue to do other stuff, so I did not play my lottery, I feel she has a problem with me because of the color of my skin, I have never done anything to this woman, then I went inside the store today, an the manger liz asked me what happen last night I told her to ask the young man whom was there from last night, then he proceeds to tell her what happen, then liz comes back over to me and states she is the manager an she will band me from coming inside the store, because me and this cashier had words, I am truly upset, liz stated to me that sometimes if the employee is upset they don't have to help the customer. I did not know you can pick an choose which customer you will help. Or is the a new policy, I would like a call back please
