There was a sign right outside the front door that advertised a promotion, $3.29 per pack when you buy 2 packs. I went in & purchased 2 packs, but when the total came up and also on the screen that shows the price it showed I only saved 0.50 cents (the sign outside said save over a dollar), so I quickly did the math and realized the price which was charged to me was $3.67 per pack. When I told the cashier that the sign outside said $3.29 per pack when 2 were purchased he just replied with "the price must've gone up" and didn't look any further into the issue (I believe the shift manager was standing on the cashier next to him, she was wearing a different colored shirt). If I would've known that the sign outside was false advertisement I would not have made the purchase, but that time I just complied & purchased the 2 packs but I was very unhappy about the transaction, not just because the deceptive advertising but also the employees lack to look into the issue. I suppose the quickest way to fix the problem is just continue going to WaWa and 7-11, where I have never had this same issue. Thanks to whomever takes the time to read this complaint.
