Register # 0001 My name is Pamela O. this is the third time I have had a very negative treatment with this employee, the first time I gave him the benefit of the doubt he could be having a bad day. The second encounter about on 09/07/2019 mid-evening same attitude very short and snobbish and he is always wanting to rush you out of his line, he never greets any customer coming into the store, and always has a very unpleasant demeanor toward the African American customers, so again I just blow it off as he is just having a bad day. Also, I did not want to imagine he is prejudiced toward African American's and Mexican/Spanish but he really is that way and that is sad he treats the Caucasian customer's with the service that is due to all customers no matter what their race or nationality is, but he treats the African American Customer's and the Mexican/Spanish descent differently when it comes to the service he gives. Today I asked Jasper why is it that he asked me if it is cold or hot refill and does that make the price any different? about that time I turned around to look at the price board in the back and by the way, I never left the counter. Then he touched my cup and picked it up to see if it was hot or cold, that was very offensive

What he did made me very uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of the other customer like I was trying to get something for free. That was rude I will never try to sell or mislead anyone to get a cheaper price, I work every day for a well known Fortune 500 company I have no need to be dishonest. Someone needs to address Jasper behavior and I should not have to get The Quiktrip in The Colony TX to get good service when I stay in Lewisville TX and that is my neighbor store and I loved to go to the QuikTrip's to get my favorite beverage The Mighty Mocha and 2 donuts at least 4-5 times out of week and especially on Saturday. So why sound I allow Jasper to take that away from me and I like to shop at QuikTrip. I have no need to be dishonest on today I spend 15.00 on gas and
