Quest Diagnostics review: wrong blood test, bad service

On June 5 I went to this location to do the blood test which my Gastroenterology doctor required. But the staff did the wrong test which was my obgyn ordered on April 2nd. I didn't find out until three weeks later.
So I called quest, most of the representatives hang of my phone after hearing my situation.
I called again today, they said that I signed on the test, it's all my fault. I was so mad. They don't provide enough training, their staff made mistake, so as a patient, I have to take full responsibility for all this.
Now I have to pay the services which I didn't required, and draw another 5 tubes blood.
