Quest Diagnostics review: staff behaviour, unethical, cleanliness of entire facility, language being used by the staff

Today I was appalled on my visit to Quest when i noticed the entire front staff cursing, speaking rudely to elderly clients, violating HIPPA by mocking patient's illnesses. I witnessed the front desk staff scream at an elderly woman because she couldn't understand the automated check in process. The employees were acting like high school kids in a full office of waiting clients. The office itself was in disgusting shape, it looks as if it hasn'e been cleaned in a decade, i can only imagine what germs are growing on the counters.
Three woman were arguing with each other about losing their "7 AM Draw" while i was getting my blood pulled. Hopefully they aren't reusing needles as well.
When i spoke to the woman at the counter about it she laughed it off and proceeded to ignore me and continue to curse and laugh with her employees.
I'm not sure what your hiring standards are, but I've seen better bedside manor at a fast food restaurant. How can people behave this way in a medical setting? People are coming to this facility with cancer, aids, dementia and other illness and the staff you have currently aren't fit to babysit my dog over the weekend.
