Qatar Airways — total discrimination and unethical behaviour
i was travelling on 2nd May 2018 from Islamabad to Doha and Doha on wards to Muscat. Flight from Doha to Muscat was QR 1126 and seat number allocated was 21C and the departure time was 1330 hours. It is about the lady who was acting as in-charge/team lead for the staff counter.
The hand carry i had weighted around 5Kg Max. I was asked at Doha Check in Counter to handover the hand carry to staff as flight is full and airline cant allow the hand-carry and would rather checked in. I was amazed and despite of repeated requests no one listens. Forcefully they got my luggage tagged. Even i am ok sort of with that.
But When i entered in to Bus, people with two pieces of luggage and believe me much much bigger hard carry luggage people were carrying with them selves. I went back from bus and complaint to lady but she seemed so naive and realized this immediately and asked the staff why you are allowing, i was standing there at the gate but she denied to see me post my complaint and asked the person at the gate that i should leave and i feel ridiculed and discriminated.
I don't expect such manhandled behavior and Ericsson Being a corporate client provides thousands of Dollar business every year doesn't seem to be treated like this.
I need a proper justification for the stated incident and in person apology from the lady
If my Voice is not heard, i will talk to Ericsson Global and other customers alliance Etc to run the social campaign as part of corporate social responsibility and this will drag away your business eventuality and most importantly the air line repute.
