I ordered 2 items from Amazon in MAY, mid June Purolator NEVER contacted me & found out 2 days ago that they "attempted" to deliver but didn't know my address? Impossible. I was never contacted, and mid June they returned to sender! Again NO contact from PUROLATOR. I make my own guitars & this has been a HUGE setback & embarrassment to me. I have never had to deal with such incompetence, wasted hrs online, phone & then online again, zero satisfaction, I'm just told that the sender must deal with this! Outrageous

Recommendation: Use ANY other means than Purolator !
