It appears not many people, including myself really read the terms that clearly state that by ordering the free trial, you are authorizing them to bill you monthly 79.76 for a 60 day supply that will be auto shipped monthly, unless you cancel.

Ten days after you order your sample, you will be automatically enrolled in our convenient home delivery plan. You will be billed seventy nine dollars and seventy six cents and our product will be sent to you. We will supply you with our product every month thereafter, and your credit card will be billed seventy nine dollars and seventy six cents per month.     I only ordered the trial size and then they sent me another bottle and charged my credit card for the second bottle of 60, i did not order. I will send back the bottle of 60 and ask for a refund. My computer is not working properly and i hope this email gets through to you.

    On 8/12 /08 I was notified by email of a charge on my credit card for Acai. I cancelled the auto ship by email the day I received the Acai. On 8/22/08 I received conformation of my cancellation and was offered a price of $19.95 for the Acai, which I did not accept. On 8/23/08 my credit card was charged $74.76. I again tried to cancel and was told I had already cancelled. On 9/2/08 I received a bottle of PureColon1000, which is from the same company and I did not order. Terms and conditions state no refunds on packages marked "Return to Sender". All packages are received without invoices and no contact information except for a PO Box number. Calls to the customer service number are answered by an auto attendant that refers you to a web site "www.gohelpnow.com " and then disconnects. The web site does not give any information for the company "GW Performance Life" or BD Performance Product", which is the charges on my credit card.

    On September 3, 2008, my bank account was debited the amount of $74.95 and I do not know why. In July, I ordered an Acai Sample and now I am being debited $74.95. I need someone to get back with me as soon as possible as I did not order or receive any other bottlesof Acai Berry or authorize it. My authorization I.D. is [protected] My customer I.D. is 1604102.

    I too sent just for the trial samples. Then they also charged my account for another batch for $ 74 dollars that I didn't order.

    on august 6, 2008, my bank account was debited the amount of $74.95 for a

    bottle of PureColon 1000. I sent the bottle back through the post office, i have asigned
    card that you recieved the unopened bottle of PureColon 1000. Then on august 25, 2008
    my account was debited $5.95 what for. Icancelled my account with you. I want

    I too, ordered the sample of Acai. Three days after receiving the sample, my bank acct was debited $74.76. I was barely given the chance to evaluate the product before a full sized bottle was sent. I called to cancel immediately. I returned the unopened pkg by priority mail and it arrived to them on Aug 30. Well within the time frame allowed for a refund. I have not received the $74.76 returned to my bank acct. Now I have a $5.87 charge for what I have no idea. I will however, know very shortly as I have a friend that is a consumer advocate, and feel that I am being forced to contact him.

    i ordered the free bottle of pills for $4.87 and didn't see anything about a 10 trail and my account was billed $74.97 on aug. 23, before i even received the pills. i called my bank but the money was already taken out of my account on 8/23 and no one answered at customer service at this company because it was the week-end. i reached customer service on monday 8/25. was told to return the pills when they arrive tape an enevelope to back of package with the number 1626171AB on it and return the package. that my account would be refunded the $74.97 as long as it was received by 9/11. i returned the order the same day i received it, which was 8/30/08.as instructed still waiting for refund.please advise when it will credited back to my account. who knows maybe i would have ordered the pills if i was given a chance to test them before i was billed for a product that i hadn't even received. i don't think this is anyway to do business.because we all tell our friends and they tell their friends when we recieve good service. this is also the case when you are scammed. i will NEVER order a free trail of ANYTHING again, because i guess the saying is true you get what you pay for. i just want my money returned to my bank account.

    I have tried to cancel this order 2 times. I still received the order and the charge was applied to my credit card. I want this shipment stopped. The monthly amount is far more than I am able to spend on the product. I called also and was told that there was a 45 minute waiting time. How can I make sure that I do not receive anymore shipments??? I might have liked the product, but I do not like the cost or the charge to my credit card. Please help me dicontinue this offer.

    I received product TWO days ago, as sticker on bottom of product will verify. I was told when original shipment was processed (free this first time except for S&H of $1.97) that I could return product with 10 days and no future orders would be sent to me. ALSO NO FUTURE debits would be attached to me checking account. I was given an 877 number to call within those ten days mentioned above. I did that, only to get an answering machine on which I emphatically notified them to send no more orders and no more debits are to be made against my checking account. ([protected])

    I was told that I would get a one weeks sample of their product for $1.87. I put the $1.87 on my card and was sent 6 capsules (which was not the 14 needed for the week) There was absolutely no paperwork with the for me to call and cancel the product or info on how much the product would cost. A few days later I was billed $74.98 which was much more than OI would have agreed to pay fro the product. Now, two weeks later they have billed me $5.87 for what I don't know. I want to unsubscribe but they do not answer their phone. I receive a message that there is a 45 min wait and then am disconnected. I went to GOHELPNOW.com to unsubscribe and was taken to this site where I saw all the other complaints. What do I do now?

    I just want to cancel this darn thing! I will never buy another thing on the internet again. This is totally a fraud! Even if they had a product that really was any good this would totally remove their credibility. Too bad life has gotten so bad you have to watch every little thing you do.

    Although I agree that terms are listed, the fraudulent part is not recieving any company information after ordering. You do not get an email to confirm you order, nor is any contact informtion sent with your order. Not to mention the continual charges!!

    I ordered a sample of ACAI product for $1.87 which arrived with no informaion on how to cancel, and I recieved no email to my account when sample order was placed. A week later, a $74.76 charged showed on my account for new product being shipped. Had to wait to recieved the new product, recieved return instructions and sent the product back immediately. The product was recieved on 9/12/08. Today, 9/19/08, I have not recieved my refund, but and a new charge of $5.87 shows up on my account! The companys voicemail is full, no one is answering the phone, and the website they send you to doesn't exist.

    just re-read the terms, and it mentions that you also have to cancel they're newsletter!! That is the 5.87 charge that you are billed. But the wording is as follows:

    "You are also enrolling in our monthly online Newsletter and we will bill your credit card five dollars and eighty seven cents per month for the subscription."

    Which is conviently stated long past the return explanation for the product, and the dollar amount is spelled out, so that it is not easily noticed.

    For a company that is so "above board" and "honest", they go to great lengths to hide costs, and hinder your return with no information emailed to you about your purchase, or included in the package when it arrives.

    This is worth reporting to the Better Business Bureau

    I am not sure that your comapny got my first complaint so i writting again I send for the free samp[le and the next thing I know that I'm on auto ship, I dont recall authorizing your company to do auto ship and i would like to be atken off auto ship i will notify my instsiuation of theis auto ship .so please do not send me anymore .

    My credit card was charged an amount $ 74.76 on Aug.18, 2008, an amount $29.76 on Aug. 27, 2008, an amount $ 5.87 on Sep.07, 2008 for I don’t know what for? because I don’t have anything received and even I don’t know if somebody charge my credit card until I received my credit card statement and even I did not authorize no one. So please refund all my money back an amount of $110.39 as soon as possible.

    I bought trial offer & then have been charged twice for $74.76 or a total of $$149.52. When I tried to call to cancel, I got a recording saying it would be a 30 minute wait. I did go online & cancel any further orders (I think).

    I like everyone else, only wanted the trial offer and I paid for the shipping cost that was less than $5.00. I received my free trial and then a few weeks later I received a full bottle of 60 pills that I did not order, it was not until a couple of days later I was reveiwing my checking account online and noticed a online debit for $74.95 from the Performance Health Company of course I was outraged for this amount deducted without my authorization. Well guess what happened to me again today, I received another full bottle (again a product I never ordered) and guess what again, another debit of $74.95 was deducted from my account. Something has to be done because this is deceptive and theft from innocent people. I am sendind the product back again, and I want my money back from this company.

    i did not order this product and have received 2 shipments and have been charged 74.46 per shipment. I will try to cancel my order on line and then go from there.

    I requested on 8-12-08 to cancel all Acai Berry product to be shipped and charge to my credit card and also was given a confirmation number, in which I was told would completely stop any further action of auto shipping of this product and charged to my account. I received and was charged again, even after I spoke to a agent for this company.

    I also sent for a free trial bottle that was sent with NO INFO! Writing this complaint is not enough, I want to know for sure that I will get a credit to my card and that I will NOT be sent anymore product! This was very misleading. This is really no help to me I want action and a real person to take my call!

    I, too, have discovered the $5.87 charge from my bank today. When initially ordering the sample for $1.87, there was nothing in the ad that indicated auto shipping this product. And, like another complaint, I, too, had nothing enclosed in the envelope to order more or a contact number...just the little bottle of pills. My phone call to the number recorded on my bank statement indicated after working hours, so will have to try later. I want to know as well how to stop the charges.

    I have written you people that I didn't want any more of your product. But, yet you still send me your stuff. How can I get you to stop. You made me have an overdrawn account and I can not afford that . I am on a fixed income. So why are you still doing this to me? I just wanted to try your free sample. I do not want anymore bottles of your product. How, can I get this corrected?Cancel what ever it is that you have too. Just do it.
