Publix Super Markets review: Pumpkin pies subpar

For many years, at least 50+, I have purchased Publix pumpkin pies in the fall and especially for the holidays because homemade was no better than those delicious desserts. My husband picked one up today and we could not be more disappointed. Not only has it shrunk and now a $6.99 pie has only 4 pieces, it tastes awful. So disappointed. Is something mixed with the pumpkin, something grainy perhaps? We won’t be buying Publix bakery items in the future, I’m sure you have changed recipes on everything. Publix is hands down the most expensive grocery store in my area and screwing with your recipes I hope will cost you business.
