Publix Super Markets review: Poor checkout customer service

I went through Laila's checkout at about 11:00am this morning. She seemed preturbed that I had not placed a yellow separation bar on the conveyor belt, and said so. The previous customer stated there was two feet separating our groceries, and there was no problem. Laila rolled her eyes and began to take my purchases, some of which were tossed down to the person bagging my purchases, including eggs. She had an obvious attitude problem which needs to be addressed. No greeting, no thank you, just irritation.
