After 40 plus years shopping at the Publix on McNab Road and Federal Hwy in Pompano Beach, I have come to the conclusion that it has to be the worst for service and products compared to nearby Publixs. I discovered other publixs sell products I have been purchasing for years but not the one on McNab Road.
Maybe you can also explain why the chicken wing salad bar is taken down at 7 p.m., not everyone eats before seven.
Your making me shop at another location, miles from where i would prefer to shop. Thanks
Desired outcome: Get management to train staff in customer service, it is surely lacking.
