Publix Super Markets review: Deli employee ricardo

Hi shopped at my neighborhood Publix quiet offer and usually gets a salad from the deli. It gets quiet busy at time for salad and subs. One day I was there with my husband to get salads and I made the comment that this guy just stands there and doesn't try to help anyone. Of course he heard me... I honestly thought he was the MOD that delegates and does not work.

My mistake for saying this as I have never walked in and get his assistance. He always pretends to be the busiest person when I am next in line. He walks over to the rack of breads, he walks down to the bakery and when another rept assist me. Of course, he is available to help the person after me.

Should this be his behaviour, I almost feel like going to a new location as this is ridiculous. He name is Ricardo. He talks when making subs to his coworkers since they all talk creole. Their behaviour there is very loud and vulgar at times. Not a typical Publix when you have too much of the same kinds of ppl work in that department.
