Facebook review: Useless and scammy

I am sick and tired of how pathetic facebook is. Their system is soooo [censored]ty, that although I have my user email and cell number and password, it won't let me into my damn account because it can't even send me a verification code text message. Also, the recovery codes they sent me, and I saved, will not work either! What frigging use are they that I can't just get an email to my registered account or contacted at my registered phone number to verify it's me!?!? And I don't do facebook on my phone, because they are not secure, so i'm not downloading their [censored]ty app as the recovery directions demand! 
They turned my buddy's account over to a hacker by sending verification [censored] to an email address he had not used or had registered with them for years! The current email address they were sending him almost daily notification [censored] was ignored when they compromised his account, then fb made zero effort to correct their [censored]-up. Their [censored] recovery system forces people to use new phone and email for recovery, directly assisting posers and hackers in taking over fb accounts! How much more retarded can a system be!?!?!?   facebook allows scammers and frauds to advertise [censored] all over it anyway, putting users at risk constantly!  anyway, I don't give a single [censored] about meta or any of it's subordinate platforms...
