Facebook review: Meta's aggressive tactics towards sellers

Meta discourages complaints by offering no options that make sense on the complaint form page nor the ability to provide notes/input. The channels that monitor Marketplace activity are not integrated, so a complaint against a seller could be registered when the explanation for an issue was provided in a related window. For example, I started shipping with FB because the seller pays. I also listed the items on Marketplace locally. I sold both on the local site and reported that as a reason for cancelling a shipping order. I then received a notice that I might lose my shipping privileges because I had not shipped two items on time. This is incredibly annoying and heavy handed behavior on the part of Meta. No wonder they're getting their butts kicked by Vinted. They need to focus on building positive relationships with customers AND sellers, but considering who's in charge, I doubt they will.
