Public Storage - Wrongful auction of my personal belongings

I've tried for a couple of years to get ahold of you but never heard back from you or anyone else's that I've sent emails to since my entire life was sold on May 20, 2017 after only storing there for under 3 months. I never once received any mail from anyone that my life would be sold at auction on May 20, 2017. I have over 87 pieces of Documents proving that my belonging were sold illegally and against your Auction policy and criteria

I have receipts showing one returned payment but one payment for $263.40 was successful on May 17, 2017 so I'm not sure why my belongings were
Sold and the manager there was more raciest then Donald Trump is to anyone that is not white. when I tried to Tell her that I never got any mail because you guys had my address wrong in your System which didn't have my apartment number she kept saying "it don't matter your things were sold and we don't deal with deadbeats".

Little did she know I'm a very we'll educated professional and worked for law firms and still do and previously in law enforcement. I have many emails trying to connect with someone including you and other corporate and DM's but always got emails saying "out of office". If I make it out of the hospital alive I'm planning on pursuing this legally because I have receipts showing paid except one payment which came back but Then the entire amount was taken on April 17, 2017 and legally my belongings should have never been sold because the property I stored at had my address wrong.

PS cannot sell anyone's belongings without making sure that everything is 100% including the exact spelling of the first and last name, the address is exactly as it is on the ID which mine had my full address including my apartment number but you guys never included or listed any apartment numbers and that's why my Stuff Was sold. they have to advertise it with a few items listed in the newspaper, send certified letters and regular letters to all previous known or listed Addresses

I never once received a Single letter. I started renting on exactly 02/17/2017 and was sold on 05/20/2017 which if I'm correct is not what the policy is to sell someone plus no calls were ever made to me I've had the receipts and phone records for almost 3 years now trying to show you guys but never heard back from anyone at all. I hope that you calling me today is To discuss a Solution so that i do not have to Pursue this matter legally. Please go back and look at my entire file and make sure that every piece of document is there that corresponds with you Auction/advertisement/certified letters/ attempts to contact me by mail, email and phone and most important the spelling of my entire name and full address including apartment number. I hope to hear back from you soon because what I've lost in that unit was literally my ENTIRE Life.

Ever since you guys sold my stuff Ive had to deal with my identity being stolen, credit cards opened in my name, etc. that's because I had a safe in my unit that contains my birth certificate, social security number, citizenship documents, passport, and many other identity related documents and the Identiry theft for the past two years have been from the San Diego and El Cajon area. I've filed and have police reports available, FTC claims, and BBB documents.

I haven't lived in the San Diego area since July 2017 but since my identity was stolen the only way that could have happened is by public storage selling my belongings along with my personal and private items. I know that your managers are suppose to inform whoever buys the unit that they MUST leave behind any Photo albums, personal and legal documents etc.and contact the person The unit belonged to so they can come get those items but that never happened. I spoke with Bryan ONCE and he was suppose to get ahold of the person who bought My unit and get my personal items from them and get back to me but never heard back from him either.

I even have that phone recording because at that time I informed him that our conversation would be recorded so, that's another piece of evidence I'll have even if it is not permissible in court the attorneys will have it if I hire them. Sorry about the long email but we need to come to a conclusion very soon or you can just reply and tell me to go to hell and that you are not going to do anything about it so that I can legally. Attached, you'll find the last successful payment that was processed on my storage unit in an email that I received from your payment center. I also have my bank statement which shows that exact amount posting to my bank account and no returned payments.
