It looks like somebody charged something on Facebook. You'll need to contact them to make your inquiries and request the refund. No one here has the authority to do anything.
Isn't Gorganzola one of those very pungent cheeses? That's probably what the smell was. I wouldn't even know if there was a sticker in the steak unless I took a bite out of it. I'm surprised the Manager didn't say "oh, that's just the cheese"

I have direct deposit at Chase and I pay no monthly fees. Never have. And I'm sure if there were policy changes, they either included it with your bank statement or mailed it separately. You probably got it, thought it was junk mail, and threw it away.

I wasn't suggesting you change to Chase Bank. I was just saying what my experience is. I've been thru many bank name changes over the years. I've also had direct deposit and have never had fees. I think that is the case with any bank. And if I'm not mistaken, I think fees and policies are generally included as a flyer with the bank statements. Usually those nuisance pieces of paper we throw away and never look at.
I have 2 accounts at Chase. Never have had a fee taken out. Didn't when it was Great Western, or WAMU either. With direct deposit, fees are generally waived. Only time I pay a fee is if I use a non-Chase ATM.
I don't eat at McD's regularly but my food is always hot or cold depending on what I order. I generally only get breakfast but the sausage mcmuffin is hot when i receive it.

You'll need to contact them directly. No one here can help you with that. This is just a site to make complaints.
Next time pay attention and don't wander around while the car is fueling.

do you play Farmville or Petville or one of those games? if cash was bought for any of those games, that's where the charge would come from. if you don't play those games, perhaps someone got your debit card number.

This is the amount that Apple charges them for you to use the iPhone. It covers the iPhone features that you wouldn't have with another phone. When it comes to most phones, AT&T probably doesn't give a rats fanny what you use. They are tied to an agreement with Apple for the iPhone users.
Domino's hasn't had the "30 minutes or it's free" promotion in quite some years. Too many drivers were speeding to deliver pizzas on time and accidents were happening. It just wasn't worth the life of their drivers so they stopped it. When I order, it's usually there within 40 minutes. If I order ahead online, they are always within 5 minutes either way.

I hope you have documentation of all that you have written. It was wrong for the first dentist to refuse to even look at the tooth in question. I think my next inquiry would be to a lawyer. At least to pay for your out of pocket expenses.
The 14 day return policy is pretty standard among all stores that sell electronics. It's not something "new" that Best Buy has instituted.

You must have really crappy credit to be charges 15.9% interest. I bought a new car last September and the interest rate was only 1.9% through Honda. I didn't even know interest rates were that high.
Actually, fuel prices change day to day. That's why it changes everytime you call.

What idiot takes a class and cheats by hiring someone else to do their homework? Do it yourself or take what you get. I went to college and never had to have someone else do my work. I guess it all boils down to integrity, which you have none.

is this English?
I live on the West Coast and ULTA just opened a store here. I love it. I thought the staff were very friendly and professional. I haven't been to the salon yet but plan to in the future. Sometimes I think what you get from the employees reflects how you are treating them.

This is an issue to take up with your manager and landlord. There must be maintenance guys who work there and this should be part of their job.
Federal law requires anyone working an 8 hour day to be given, at least, a 30 minute lunch. They are not required to pay you for it if you work while on the break. The USPS is governed under Federal law. If your supervisors are not giving you the required break, you need to elevate the issue. Spread lunch breaks out so there is always at least 2 people on duty.
I work for DoD and I know that we are required to be given at least a 30 minute lunch break each workday. Maybe it's different for each branch. I could quote the regulation but have no clue which one it is and don't feel like looking it up. Besides, it's lunch time and I gotta take my 30. :P

And why is this titled Subway when it's about Wendy's? Me thinks someone has just a little too much time on his/her hands.
I'm not trying to be argumentative or cause any friction. I went out on our Federal Website and pulled the following from our work schedule regulation.

3.2. All full-time employees must take an unpaid meal period. The lunch period must be at
least 30 minutes and will have scheduled starting and stopping times.

That is what is required for DoD Employees. I work for the Dept of the Air Force. I imagine that all Depts. are different, but I don't reckon by much. We are not guided by state regulation in regards to meals.
As far as the Air Force is concerned, this is the regulation, whether you are in California, Nebraska, Georgia, or Texas, or any state really. I'm just trying to help the OP to grow a pair so he can get the lunch break he is entitled to every day he works 6 hours or more. :)
I'm sure the Postal Service has regulations regarding breaks that has absolutely nothing to do with the state laws. Last I checked the USPS was a Federal Agency and would be governed under Federal law, not state. I'm just guessing here because that's how the AF does it. I wouldn't work for an agency that doesn't allow their employees who work more than 6 hours a day at least a 30 minute break. Do they have to wear diapers so they don't need a bathroom break?
