If they tell you it's a mutt, they can't charge the exorbitant prices that they probably do. I hope all of the puppy's medical issues are fixed. On the bright side, mutts tend to be much better dogs and are healthier than pedigreed ones. I hope your family finds a lot of joy with your new baby. :)
Do people make these posts because they think the companies might see it and offer them something to "help" smooth over the issue? Or are they just snerts with too much time on their hands?

The first question that pops into my head is, are you the only person on this whole planet with your name? Is it possible it's someone else with the same name that might have gotten linked to you somehow?
Did it occur to you that other customers need service and that's why they can't rush to fix your freezer? Last I checked, repair jobs are first come first serve. Did you expect them to cancel another customer so they can take care of you?

Can you prove it was them who damaged it? If so, contact a lawyer. Or have your insurance company go after them for the repair costs.
Do like I did, get yours at work. When they send the serums to the base, they send enough for all of the military and a certain percentage of the civilians. Once the military are done, civilians can get them until they run out. And it's free too. My Dr. office used to do a flu shot clinic but stopped a couple of years ago. Pissed me off. But, since they are free on base, I don't complain anymore. :)

What kind of waterhead rewards his/her child for commiting a crime? There should be a license required to breed. If they had let your daughter buy those CD;s, you would be ### because of the Parental Advisory on them. "How can they decide to allow my child to buy something like this?" Why didn't she ask the friend's mom to buy them and give her the money?

Isn't there a law that says they can't sell it if the purchaser is under a certain age? I think stores have to follow the laws. It's basically a lose/lose for them either way. Damned if they and damned if they don't.

OP is still a waterhead for rewarding his child for commiting a crime.

I certainly hope none of you are in Medical or Law school. Having someone else do your work is no way to learn. I think it's cheating and if I was a teacher and found out a student was using a cheat for an essay, they would be flunked.
Our wonderful President froze our salaries for 2 years. Who knows what will happen after the next election. I'm happy that I have a job and can pay my bills.

Sometimes the mail takes time to be delivered. If they refunded your money and then the ring arrived, would you contact them to re-charge you? Probably not and then you have free jewelry.

So you are blaming them because you waited too long to return the item? Policies are set for a reason. Not their fault you didn't adhere to it.

If it was so bad, why did you go back after the first time? I would immediately find another hairdresser to fix the problem and I'd never go back. Not sure I would have even paid them if I didn't get what I wanted.

It sounds like you are already trying but contacting the Company directly is the best bet. This is just a board to make complaints. I don't know if Standard Life reads these. I hope it works out for you.

I never automatically assume refills are free anywhere I go. If I want a refill, I ask. If it's free, great. If not, because I asked first, I have the option not to get a refill.

Does the Dr. specify on the prescription "brand name only"? If not, then they will fill with generic when possible. They don't do it to piss you off, the insurance companies don't like to pay for name brand unless the Dr. specifically orders it.

And before you ask, no, I do not work at Walgreens.

If you are talking to me SlimJim, I just used common sense (not so common, I know). I've run into the issue myself with medications before and always have the Dr specify if he doesn't want generics given. :)
Next time have your son return his own merchandise and this won't happen.

Just because they sell a product in a salon, that doesn't mean they can control what goes on there. All they can really do is pull their product from the shop. Your beef is with the salon, not the product.

then I suggest you look for another salon. I've used Aveda and don't think it's the greatest out there. Only my opinion tho. Luckily, I don't have to deal with rude folks at my salon.

good luck with that. YES, you should always check your order before you leave to make sure it's correct. If something is missing, then it's your fault for not checking. McDonalds is not required and will not "deliver" your sauces to you.

I'm gonna guess the the reason for the long wait was because they had to make the salads. They wouldn't be ready yet that early.

Find another pizza place or make it yourself.
Even if she dropped it while it was under warranty, Apple would not replace. That is not a manufacture defect or part gone wrong. If your kids are going to be so careless with their stuff, buy them the cheap stuff. Unless you like doling out hundreds of dollars each year to replace their stuff.
Just because the suits had tags on them. Goodwill is not going to "assume" the donation was a mistake. Some items, like underwear and bathing suits, are not returnable, especially if they've been tried on. The only person to blame here is you because you donated brand new suits to the Goodwill. Even if they had found the items when you went back, they normally would not have just given them to you. You would have had to buy them back. Next time find a cheaper way to punish your daughter. Or better yet, let her live with the mature parent.
