$12.99 is only for the pizza, doesn't include tax or delivery. That's probably where your extra costs are coming from.
Besides, what does diet have to do with caffeine? Most restaurants only offer one diet drink. And I've never known one to carry caffeine free ones.
Check WalMarts website and see if they have an address or maybe a feedback area that you can make the suggestion for baskets. Maybe send a letter of suggestion to the corporate office. May not do any good but you'll never know if you don't at least try. Good luck.
I have found that if you really want to know about meds, OTC or script, the best person to talk to is a pharmacist. I have a very good friend who is a pharmacist and he knows more about the side effects and counter-indications than most Dr. do.

I had the same thing happen with my Incredimail update. I found if I changed my default homepage on my internet browser away from incredimail, that message doesn't come up anymore. I now have no problem getting my email from incredimail.
Did you take it back to the store where you bought it? That's where you'll get a refund or exchange.
Whenever you purchase something through iTunes, you will get a receipt via email detailing what was purchased. Maybe look through the emails (check SPAM too) for the receipts. That will show you what was billed to your credit card. If there is no receipt from iTunes, it's possible that someone could have stolen the number.
This is why I do most of my bill paying online. I usually know about when each of my bills is due and I can go in and schedule payment for that day, or even earlier, if the due date is on the weekend. It's saved me quite a few late fees. The post office just can't be relied on to get bills/payments to the proper place on time. It used to be 3-4 days was all it took to mail something, now it's more like 10-12 days.

I wouldn't pay anything until I saw in writing what I owed and to who. If they call you back, tell them exactly that. If it's legit, they should provide you with paperwork. Otherwise, it sounds like another scam.
There's a big round bin that most people keep in the garage or maybe the backyard. It's called a trash or recycle bin. It does no good to tell these people to stop. They are just paid to stuff envelopes. After I pick up my mail, I always stop at the recycle bin before going in the house. Saves on clutter.
why not just go to the one in Salem to begin with, if it's so much closer? Then, there wouldn't be such an issue if items get forgotten.
if you have caller ID and you recognize the number, either ignore it or pick up and hang up without actually answering. that's what i do with numbers that annoy me. Eventually they get the message.
