So what the hell is your complaint?
#1 You are complaining cause you had issues, was late on your payment, made a payment plan, broke the payment plan and lost your car. REALLY? Now hear me out before you get mad...whether or not you have been with a company 3years or 30 years, your word should be your bond. You obviously failed to keep your word so the company had procedures to follow.
#2 As for the repo fees... most repos cost a company between 300-500 with a storage fee being charged for the amount of time the vehicle is kept for. I have seen many companies that charge 25.00 a day... it is not about if you can afford it or not. It is to motivate you to come get your car cause they dont want it. To sell a vehicle that has been repossed take alot since most of us are not car salesmans we are in the finance industry not the sales industry. We usually lose money are cars we have to repo but you cant keep it if you dont pay for it on time per your contract.
#3 Legal Loan Shark is harsh. No one twisted your arm or put you in the situation where you had to work with these people. YOU COULD HAVE SAID NO TO THE LOAN. OR GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Little harsh to blame them for the terms of the loan when you seem like a smart, educated woman who can read the contract BEFORE she signs it.
As for the managers attitude or lying on an application, well i totally side with you there. There is no excuse for that. You should contact a home office or state vp if they have one and explain his behavior to them.

ok so i agree and i am a compass customer. I mailed a friend a check to pay a bill for me and since she didnt have a bank account she drove 45 minutes to the nearest and they told her the same thing. That is so stupid cause the check was only for 25.00
i agree that banks are just freaking greedy... what is so special about you not having an account there if I DO. it is my bank ... why cant they even attempt to call me and verify i wrote the check. dont charge the person doing me a favor just cause she chooses not to do business with you on a regular basis.

THIS MVQ COMPANY HAS THOUSANDS OF LITTLE FEELERS OUT ONLINE THROUGH COMPANIES LIKE POGO AND CLASSMATES THAT WHEN YOU SIGN UP FOR THERE SERVICES YOU ALSO SIGN UP FOR MVQ WITHOUT KNOWING IT. JUST CHECK OUT THE COMPLAINTS ON THIS BOARD ALONE.
BEFORE YOU THROW A FIT AT VISA YOU NEED TO CONTACT MVQ FOR A REFUND. YOU PROBABLY NEED TO CALL VISA AND HAVE THEM ISSUE YOU A NEW CARD WITH A NEW NUMBER AND CANCEL THAT CARD INCASE YOU MIGHT HAVE MORE CHARGES PENDING.
IVE BEEN THERE SO I KNOW THE FRUSTRATION BUT BELIEVE IT OR NOT THEY ARE NOT BREAKING ANY LAWS AND UNTIL WE COMPLAIN ENOUGH TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE THEY ARE GOING TO CONTINUE TO OPERATE.

I WAS SCAMMED BY THE MVQ PRIVACY MATTERS AND FINALLY GOT A REFUND AFTER 4 WEEKS OF HUNTING THEM DOWN. NEVER DID GET BACK THE BOUNCED CHECK FEES AND ALMOST LOST MY HOUSE DUE TO A RETURN MORTGAGE CHECK.
GO GET THEM AND TEAR THEM APART. :)

the answer is no . we can not send unused product back to the company.
she loses money when you place an order and dont get it as promised as she had to pay for it first to have the product to sell it to you.
how sad you would waste someones time when she is trying to do her job.
you should have never ordered from her if you planned on just trying it and sending it back.
i bought several pieces and they all sucked. nothing like the quality mentioned in the catalog and they all looked cheap. Never again!

contact your credit card company and dispute the charges since you never took possesion of the vehicle. they will return your money.
I am not busted about anything .. I didnt do wrong here but embassy suites did. they did finally manage to give all of us on this trip our money back. and thank you very much I can afford my kids.
ps. i travel 4-5 days a week for the last 4 years. having 2 hotels overcharge me isnt unusual since i work on the road most of the time so keep your nasty little judgements to yourself.
